Wonderful sofa bed and recommended to me by a friend who had a similar great experience. From start to finish - help, advice and suggestions from the guys in the shop – North London and south London. A quick delivery and fit from a friendly duo. I was impressed with the talk through after. Showing me how to use the sofa bed- advice and tips. Thank you! I would highly recommend Furl.

This is five-star British company. I have four storage beds and two sofa beds from them and will buy 5th storage bed in the future. Became addicted and enjoying it. The company never failed me. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou so much for the delivery of the sofa for the client. He is over the moon about it ! The delivery driver was very helpful, sending photos too. Thankyou for all your help after the craziness that happened before haha !

I bought a sofa bed and delivery date supposed to be on 14 of May . For the last 3 days I am trying to get in touch with someone at deliveries compartment but no one is answering . I spoke with 2 different persons from sale department and I was told that they will send a email in my behalf and I will have a answer definitely following date . Still try to get in touch with someone who can give us a answer but doesn’t look great . We will go away for a long period of time , soon and this situation make us a bit nervous

Product great. Shop and delivery staff very helpful and efficient. I haven’t given 5 stars because of the complete inflexibility of the delivery service. If I hadn’t been able to change my arrangements to suit the date offered, I was told I would have to wait a month for delivery, and despite paying a premium for express delivery!

Great delivery service - the guys set the sofa bed up quickly, efficiently and cheerfully, and walked me through a demo of how to convert from sofa to bed. The bed, thus far, is very comfy.

Great trouble free service. Delivery team gave good instructions re. Sofa bed and I felt good customer care. Not used sofa bed yet but feels most comfortable sofa bed that I found that is not too heavy. Delivers were able to provide extra mechanism allowing sofa to be more easily moved which had been omitted during sales. Excellent thanks

Excellent service and delighted with the bed. Delivery, once organised, was very efficient and the person delivering and building the bed was a pleasure to deal with. My questions via live chat were answered quickly. I had a bit more difficulty getting a response by phone - but customer service was generally excellent.

After months of searching for a bed, Furls ottomans are unique and just what my partner and I need. I made a second trip into London to get support with my choices and to also receive the full customer experience. As an NHS nurse, who only now has time to actually think about life outside of work, it was a big deal spending this amount of money. The young lady was thoughtful, however the ‘manager’ was rather cold & insincere, not even getting up from his laptop or showing any interest. I am excited to receive our bed, but unfortunately my customer experience has put me off going back to sort out all the garden furniture, and dining room chairs which we’ll also need to furnish our new house.

I placed an order back in February. expected delivery 4th MAY. No one replies to emails, no one answers the phone. Two weeks ago I got someone on the live chat and was told the order is stuck at customs and had been there for the last 10 days. No updates and now I can't get hold of anyone again. Awful customer service.

Great products - bought 2 (Nuvo sofabed and Illusion bed). Quality build - space saving - look impressive - definitely recommend.

Just received our second bed from Furl. The first was 7 years ago and despite going through several house moves, it still looks like new and thus had no hesitation in buying another bed from Furl. Great customer service who have helped me a couple of times with disassembly / assembly info. Yes, they're not cheap, but this is a long term purchase and the quality is fantastic and worth the money in my opinion.

Overall, quite unimpressed. Ordered a Max+ storage bed in October 2020 with delivery timeframe suggested early January 2021, from then on I received zero communication from Furl unless I initiated it first. Lockdown changes came and went. I had no idea if it would affect my delivery, because Furl didn't contact me. When I contacted them via web form, I received a three word response. As the delivery date approached and I still hadn't received any proactive communication, I called to chase delivery. I was notified at this time that the mechanism was imported from Italy and they were still awaiting delivery, but that a later order from another customer had their mechanism already, and that that mechanism could be assigned to my order instead. Delivery day finally arrived, only 10 days late to Furl's credit given everything going on. We did not purchase installation services. The two man delivery crew arrived, one wore a mask inside my home and the other did not. Not quite what I'd expect in a pandemic. They brought the bed into the room it was to be assembled in and left, as expected. The instructions left were for another brand of bed that bore striking similarities to the Furl product (Sedie beds, an Italian company), but was different in several areas and consisted of a badly degraded, monochrome photocopy image and six bullet points. Extra parts we did not need were provided, yet all the pieces we did need were not. I contacted Fuel by email the same day to query and was quickly told what I did and didn't need, and that the missing fixings for the feet would be provided. However, 10 days later those fixings still have not turned up. For reference, this was a £2500 bed. Does this sound like a £2500 experience to you?

Help Tom, absolutely this is not the kind of service we aim to deliver, I am sorry for the issues and frustration this must have cause you. We really did our best to get your bed on time to you amidst the huge and ongoing issues getting deliveries from Italy. I’m sorry it was a little later that the estimated delivery date. The missing double sided tape to secure the feet was ordered 10 days ago and should have reached you by now, a new set will be posted to you today. Thank you for your feedback which I will urgently address with my team.

Am seriously impressed by Furl. The service has been outstanding from beginning to end and the product is extremely good. 100% recommend and hope to use Furl again. I really wish you did normal sofas too!
