“Niall was very helpful in finding a suitable location and hotel, from what was a very vague brief! The place he found was absolutely lovely, and all the details of the trip were clearly laid out. We will definitely use Full Circle Travel again.”

“Booking with Full Circle was very easy. They provided clear and accurate information and opinion when helping us choose our holiday, which was the main reason we used them as the options available to us were many. Once we had maid our choice the service was excellent and they kept us informed and prompted at all times.”

“The itinerary was quite complicated and we were given a lot of helpful advice in compiling it. The hotels chosen were excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We will definitely use this service again.”

“Once again we have had excellent service from Niall at Full Circle. The hotels he suggests have always been exactly what we want, and any pre-travel queries are immediately addressed. Whilst we are away, on every occasion, the local representative has been excellent. Our recent trip on The Venice-Simplon Orient Express was fabulous, and nights spent in Venice at The Palazzo Giovanelli could not have been bettered. PG”

“I was hugely impressed with Full Circle's level of service. Very efficient, very helpful, very knowledgable on my destination and spot on on price. As well as sending me all of my documents well ahead of time, I got a courtesy call to check that I had everything I needed a few days before departure and another call on my return to check that everything had gone smoothly. There were no problems to solve but it was reassuring to know that full circle are pro-active enough to check that that's the case. I genuinely couldn't recommend Full Circle Travel highly enough and will be booking with them again.”

“I have booked holidays through Full Circle a couple of times and intend to use them again. They went the extra mile in not only quoting for the holiday I enquired about but also provided details of alternatives. In addition, I was impressed the with speed with which they dealt with my queries. All in all, a very positive customer service experience.”

“We have just returned from a trip to Australia and New Zealand organised by Niall at Full Circle Travel. 6 flights, 2 cars, hotel rooms, a train journey and many, many times zones. We can honestly say right from the initial 'phone call the service has been top notch. We had a little hitch very early one morning in Melbourne, the flight had been cancelled! but the information we needed had been sent to my tablet and we could if necessary communicate with Niall. We can all go on line and book flights etc. but the little extras we received from Full Circle Travel, like where the good seats are on the A380 made the difference and quite honestly we were more than happy with the value for money. This was a wonderful holiday, catching up with friends so far away, thank you.”

“Extremely delighted with the service from FullCircle Travel. After spending many hours searching for holidays we decided, on recommendation from our friends, to approach Full Circle Travel. So glad we did, within 24hours Niall had come back to us with several suggestions which matched our criteria. Hard to chose which one , but decided on Menorca. Niall arranged flights ,transfers , hotel accomodation and airport car parking. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us informed of each stage of the arrangements by email or phone calls. Our tickets arrived in the post , thankfully no online booking for us, with all the relevant holiday documentation. The Hotel and island of Menorca was a wonderful relaxing holiday, just as we had requested. All of this thanks to Niall and his Full Circle Travel team. On our return, he rang us to ask if we had enjoyed our trip away. What wonderful service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Full Circle Travel and will definately be using them in the future. Chris and Patrick Page ( Pembrokeshire)”

“Kate and the team at Full Circle were very helpful in arranging our holiday - we are rather fussy and can prevaricate (which we did!) however with patience and perseverance a lovely holiday was arranged which exactly met our requirements. The flights were fine, hotels of a very high standards, and all the plans made worked out beautifully. We were delighted! All the careful planning on our behalf meant we had one of the most relaxing and stress free breaks we have ever had. I would certainly be in touch again for more of your expert assistance.”
