“I didn't know anything about life insurance and critical illness cover. I had several conversations with Rueben, who was really polite, informative and an all round pleasure to speak to. He genuinely helped me through the process and wasn't pushy. He helped me pick the best plan for me which was tailored to my work life and cover. This is what stood out for me and my parter. The ammount of effort he put in to help us understand was admirable and I won't hesitate to contact him again when the need arrives. Thanks Rueben!”

“I have been contacted by Fuladvice at a point when we were in the middle of signing up for a product with a chosen insurer via a different advisor. Gus from Fuladvice was able to improve the product offer, highlighted few elements we were not aware of and was overall very friendly while doing so. Honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit hesitant to go over insurance again but I am glad we did as we ended with overall better insurance!”
