“Good - polite and efficient Service Engineer.”

“I was very panicked when I first realised what I had done. However the garage had one if your cards. From first contact your call handler had a very calming effect. My only criticism would be the wait time. She initially told me the closest engineer had said he was 12 minutes away, she advised that it would most likely be a 20-minute wait. This was in fact very nearly an anxious hours wait. On arrival though, he was very calm and controlled, extremely pleasant and reassuring. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently and I was on my way again.”

“Fast response and good service, helped me out after my partner partly filled her van with unleaded fuel instead of diesel. After flushing the tank and supplying some diesel everything was running as good as new. Thanks”

“Was done well. Only thing I was concerned at was the vat that was added after the attendant arrived. That was a surprise”

“The gentleman who did the job was pleasant and efficient, even to the point of suggesting I could refill with the cheaper diesel rather than the Ultlimate variety, but I always use the more expensive sort as I presume it is better for my engine. I am very fond of my car! Everything has been fine since then and I am glad I always keep a note of your phone number in my handbag. Can I suggest you send a quantity of cards to the BP (Egerton) petrol station as the manager said he had run out and he would like some more. I would like a couple too! Many thanks. Michelle Kelly”

“Speed of service and friendliness of the guy who looked after me was excellent. I thought the price was a little excessive but couldn’t fault how quickly they rectified my own stupidity.”

“Really, really quick arrival time (this was brilliant!), easy phone call to make the callout, very nice guy doing the work, no engine problems at all following refuelling. Wasn't made to feel a fool for misfuelling. The only downside was how incredibly expensive this was for quite quickly draining half a tank of fuel (so loses a star for that).”
