“Do not order from this company, they do not reply to emails and the tracking they send doesn’t actually track or update till said item is delivered which is never coz the items never turn up, said items were supposedly posted 12th December it is now 22nd December so ordered with plenty of time to arrive before Christmas as was sent by Royal Mail 24hrs as were Christmas presents for husband and sister in law , named a star after my mother in law after her unexpectedly passing this year, I’ve had plenty of other parcels arrive with Royal Mail, save your money and go elsewhere, luckily I’ve used PayPal so will be opening a case to get my money back but now don’t have time to order another from somewhere else in time for Christmas”

“After a problem of losing my email..it was sent back to me promptly....great customer service...it was for a babies christening so mother was really pleased...the only thing that I found was it printed in the dark blue and it used all my ink from printer apart from that 5 stars. Thank you”
