“Friends Capital have been such a great help throughout my mortgage application. They found me an excellent mortgage deal which bettered the ones I had seen online and most of all; took away all the pressure and stress of having to deal with paperwork and solicitors! Bobby dealt with my mortgage from the get go. He kept me in the loop, I wasn't having to worry about what was happening with my mortgage. Bobby even managed to allow me to get the keys to my new home sooner than I expected! Thank you to all the team at Friends Capital - I will be passing on my excellent experience to my friends and family!”

“Was really happy with Friends Capital, everyone I talked to was friendly and quick to reply to me. They handled a lot of things I would have had no clue to figure out so they are super helpful and worth having. I do think they are a little overpriced and I did have some issues with them not triple-checking figures which caused a lot of back and forth till it was corrected. But they fixed their mistakes promptly.”

“The service that I was provided with was excellent, from staff answering the phones to the broker I was assigned to. Tiffany explained matters clearly and was responsive and helpful. She gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble which was reassuring!”

“Exceptional service. From the first moment right up till the last. I was worried I might struggle getting a mortgage but they were so helpful and assuring. “I am so glad I’ve met Steve from Friends Capital to sort my mortgage for me. He carefully listened and assessed my situation and suggested the correct products to suit. Brokers with this vast amount of experience and easy to talk to is few and far between and I must say Steve is right at the top. “I Found Friends Capital using a simple google search. i had spoke to a couple of other brokers who couldn't help me. I rang Joe Smith and presented him with my circumstances. He rang me back 4 hours later with a solution which was great. He is very helpful and put all i needed in place. He returns emails swiftly and i would highly suggest anybody needing a mortgage contacts Joe. I was then passed to Carly to move the admin side forward and she is great too. Working in sales myself i appreciate good customer service. I am a few days away from completing with Friends Capital and i will certainly be back!! Thanks again to you both. Colin H”

“Good service from Robert and Zuzanna, secured a good deal with a lot less pain than trying to deal with high street lenders directly given our circumstances (self employed) and wouldn't ever try direct again as so.much easier through experienced brokers with good l3nder relationships like Friends Capital. Free legal service from lender was bang average and caused numerous delays but FC chased them up to push it along. Would use again and that says it all.”
