“We have been using these folks for a while now, very glad we found them. Particularly pleased by the fact you can discuss pros and cons with a knowledgable human, a bit like we all used to do when we actually went into shops!”

“We were unsure if the fridge would fit the space. Charles was super helpful with the measurements and managed to find our previous order from 4 years ago! Communication from the delivery driver was great When the fridge arrived it was exactly what we were after.”

“Have bought 15 freezers and fridges from FridgeSmart over the past 6 years. Always very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Our latest order was for 3 undercounter fridges. Ordered Monday night, delivered on that Thursday morning. That's pretty amazing, considering the goods are coming from England to the outer edges of Argyll to reach us..!”

“The service was prompt, clear and efficient. When an error in the advertised price for warranty was pointed out, a discount was offered to compensate. The delivery process is determined by the contracted haulier and the website would benefit from a few more details on this.”

“It was my first time using Fridgesmart after a referral for another business who had used them over the years. Carol-Ann had dealt with my enquiries which quickly led to a purchase - I found her to be knowledgeable, and was able to inform me of brands other than that of my initial enquiry. Hence I did make a purchase, delivery was on schedule; but I was most impressed with the customer service as we were informed at every interval throughout the process of order to delivery. I would both recommend and use Fridgesmart again!”

“Good service. Charles was very good with what was required from our online purchase. sale / uplift / delivery all worked out at a good price. Charles also phoned with a courtesy call couple days after delivery. Also we would like to add the haulage company Hadfields who phoned to verify details were also good. The delivery guys done a amazing job in changing over heavy goods on a extremely hot day. Many thanks to you all”
