“AVOID THIS COMPANY! Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Emailed regarding a refund as we were not satisfied with the oil scents. After getting no response we chased them up on instagram where the response was sarcastic and ignorant. The replies were extremely condescending with a mocking tone. They advertise that you can get a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with their products. The only way to know this is to smell them. They do not allow any refund if you open the bottle, which leaves the customer no possibly way to act on any dissatisfaction.”

“PITY YOU CANT GIVE 0. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, ITS OILS ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SCENT THEY SHOULD BE!!! THEY HAVE NOW STARTED TO NOT SEND ORDERS OUT AND SAYING THEY HAVE GOT LOST IN TRANSIT WHEN I BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T POSTED YET. THERE ARE 1000S OF COMPANIES OUT THERE THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO CANT BE TRUSTED. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY.”

“They are scammers, they say they have sent order and don't!!!! Proven by royal mail. Dawn and husband are scammers and have been reported check them out on ebay reviews.”

“Terrible customer service, I have emailed them 3 times no and no response, one of the fragrances I purchased was totally unacceptable and I wanted to return but they totally ignored me…I won’t be shopping with them again just no need for their rudeness”

“I made an order and Royal Mail claimed that it was delivered. I did not receive anything. I still don't know where my parcel is. I have contacted Royal Mail and they told me they would call me back with information about it, for they were supposed to ask the courier who was responsible for the delivery. Few days later, I still did not receive any call back. Freshskin used to reply to my emails before this incident. Now after explaining them the whole situation, I have not heard anything back from them. It's a shame as I was really excited to try their oils. I've been left disappointed and lost my money. I cannot recommend this company.”

“They have very poor customer service. I'm usually somebody who just accepts, even when quality is poor however the scent I purchased was so different to the sample I had previously purchased (and I really wanted this particular scent) that I couldn't use it. I did a smell test with my customers and all 15 customers said there was something wrong with it, it was so bad it it made some want to be sick however the small sample bottle was really lovely. I was asked to return them for tests and they said "after doing a test in the lab" it was within their parameters. They offered a refund but I wanted a bottle of the nice smelling scent as a replacement, you'd think this would be their preferred option too but they have cut all contact with me despite my ongoing efforts to get in touch. I'm a bit stuck now as I have based my candle range on their scents but really don't wish to support a company with such bad customer service :-(”

“I was looking for the bets quality essential oils I could find and ordered from many companies but Freshskin was by far the best! They were also super helpful when I needed an urgent delivery. Highly recommend!”

“Ordered Christmas spice fragrance oil, arrived well protected within the specified time by tracked post. Amazing fragrance, very Christmassy, have used it for potpourri, room spray and even added a few drops when wiping over wood floor - perfect! Well done.”
