“I ordered some sourdough starter and water kefir grains. They arrived well packaged and have had no problem getting them going. I really liked and appreciated the fact the sourdough’s heritage is known in some of their starters. I’ll certainly be a repeat customer and have signposted friends to their site too.”

“I ordered the smallest package of kefir grains. The ones I received were so small that they looked like milk or kefir rests. I had to leave them 2 weeks to rest and let the grow changing milk on daily basis, so I couldn’t make use of them straight away. They have grown now and starting to work normally. Be patient!”

“Excellent selection of yoghurt starters. I initially used the french yoghurt starter which is deliciously mild creamy and thick. Unfortunately my partner turned the yoghurt maker off, I rescued it but the resulting yoghurt was strong and didn’t keep. I’ve since used the Skyr which is lovely, again creamy and thick. I use full cream long life milk as it saves scalding the milk prior to adding the yogurt starter or leftover from previous batch. Very pleased with products.”

“I ordered organic kefir grains to make my own kefir as I was spending a lot of money buying the bottled product from supermarkets. If you follow the instructions carefully the grains activate within a few days and I’m now on my third lot of homemade kefir. At the moment it’s still a bit fizzy but tastes fine and I’m experimenting to get the perfect results.”
