“Ryan from FreshGround was very polite and helpful, installed a new Billi unit at our centre to a very high standard. The replacement was also arranged very fast by the previous team member who found the initial fault. Perfect service.”

“Dialogue with service desk is hassle free with offer of a video call to problem solve. Although we did not take the option, a service technician was booked for the following day. Matt arrived and had a very warm and friendly attitude and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem very quickly.”

“So i had a leak from the water machine on the floor. Called at 4.56pm and Clive was very good when i spoke with him. He wasn't flustered unlike me. he stopped the leak with clear concise instruction. I still asked for an engineer to attend as this was a mains tap issue. Ryan came today (10 working hours later) and showed me in detail what happened. changed a valve more for my peace of mind than needing to and then explained how the system works and the fails safes involved (Freshground install a leak detection system to all the appliances installed). Fresh Ground have been superb and again they have proved what a good decision it was to choose them as my coffee machine and water dispensing supplier.”
