“found the engineer to be a bit unhelpful with regards to needing to know information about the machine he came to service and when asked if the machine had a ( pressure valve ) engineer said he did not know and would have to speak to his supervisor and when supervisor did not know was then told to email service desk for ( specs on the machine ) found it a bit unhelpful and the engineer did not take away or disposed used filters was left to client all five of them”

“As one of their support options, we have been allocated a remote/ guided call to see if the issue can be resolved. Their engineer was very helpful and patient, knew where the problem was. We have managed to solve the issue and saved on everyone’s time and resources. Thank you!”

“The engineer was booked in for Monday 11.03.2024 however received the following email: I must apologise but the engineer was in the area today and it seems he’s gone a bit off grid and tried to get ahead of the game by doing a few services that are booked for Monday, including this one. I’ve just called him, and a cleaner has let him into the building and he’s doing the service as we speak – apologies for the inconvenience. Due to the nature of the business all site visits must be booked in to ensure escorting can be arranged.”
