Sorry to hear this. Please note, we do use recycled cardboard boxes, the sorba freeze can be reused. “Paid extra for a morning delivery, stayed home and the delivery was pushed back to the next day. Was promised a refund on the difference, which never came. One item was missing, essential part of Xmas Dinner so that was definitely not great either. This was refunded at least... Otherwise all good, products were still fresh despite the delay, probably due to it being the week when it was freezing outside.”

“The product variety is great and good quality/selection of brands. I ordered a mix of long-life products and fresh ones (cheese) - all were very good. I found products there that I miss from home! Great choice of compotes, cheeses, rillettes, shower gels from le Petit Marseillais, etc. Overall I'm very happy to have a service like this one in London! I enjoyed having the ability to pick up the order from the warehouse in Colliers Wood but I didn't find the instructions to do so to be obvious. If you do order for pick up, you can call right away to arrange a time, no need to wait for confirmation the products you ordered are ready for pick up.”

Very sorry about this. We'll certainly investigate to make sure the warehouse are using the correct box sizes as it sounds like an incorrect size was used. The flo pak green loose fill is also degradable and recyclable in some areas.
