“After having a canvas delivered for a presant for Christmas when opens had scratches on the photo . I contacted the company who responded very quick giving me options so I chose to have a refund so the person that it was a gift too can pick another canvas out . Thank you free prints for sorting this out I would use you again”

“Ordered 45 prints paid for them & still not delivered. No way to contact them. Email not going through no customer service support. Every time I click to chat to someone says not available. Just want my refund back. Think it’s just a scam take your money & you can’t even Get through to them. Been trying for last few days to email yet nothing is happening. Don’t use this service will charge you. Won’t get your photo prints. Money making scam”

“I'm not happy. They cropped all pictures. I have half face on all pictures. Paid extra for big size of pic and still cropped. I wish to contact with them but unfortunately they didn't answer and they dont want print all pic again. I'm very disappointed”

“We have paid for fast delivery yet 1 week passed and it should have been delivered yesterday and now they are saying it will be delivered after 4 more days so tge same delivery day as it would be by standard delivery but we have paid extra for fast delivery and no one refunded that extra payment, not possible to get contact, seems like SCAM!”

“I have used Freeprints for many years and most of the time they are great. They are badly let down by customer service repeating parrot fashion that they cannot help. It is like banging your head against a brick wall. Thanks to them I have missed out on 45 freeprints plus 6 others through no fault of mine and it will be another four weeks before I can get any more. I would only recommend with caution.”

“If I could give it a Zero I would do, grossly overcharged and they don’t even tell you how much they are going to charge you so an allegedly’ free book 📖 except for standard postage ends up costing me over £28 plus pounds, so fingers burned 🥵 and won’t be ordering from them again”

“I use them most months for the 45 freeprints. Always been really good. Just got an email with optional opt out for mothers day emails for people who struggle with it which I thought was a really good touch.”

“I'm very disappointed about the non existent costumer care. I sent 2 cards in December 2020 and Feb 2021 and none got delivered! So when, on Feb 20th 2021 I complained, they answered with an automated reply and changed the delivery date for Dec 2021, when I order the card on 11 Dec 2020! And when I try to cancel it, as i thought it didn't want to resent it for Dec 2021, they said it was to late to cancel the Order! I'm very upset and disappointed! And I will not use this company again and I will tell all my family and friends not to trust freeprint, especially at this time, with lockdown and shielding lasting a year... not be able to meet anybody, cards is the only tangible thing we can give, and was denied by Freeprint incompetence and misleading app!”
