I was very hesitant initially to move to FreeAgent having done everything manually up to this point, but the team has been very helpful in helping me understand how I can use it to suit my business needs. They are always helpful and friendly, patient and caring, and I get through to them in a matter of seconds rather than having to wait or go through an awful automated system. I'd highly recommend FreeAgent.

Brilliant platform, my accounts have gone from being very manual with other software to being nearly automated. We've integrated new and modern payment systems to ensure customers have no excuses, and the built-in reporting function is exceptionally helpful to us maintaining our cash position. Delighted to be using FreeAgent and they have a very loyal customer in us!

FreeAgent really makes all the difference. I’ve prepared and submitted my self-assessment in a fraction of the usual time and have a much better understanding of my cashflow thanks to the dashboard and report functions. I’ve automised my invoicing and can spend more time on being creative, rather than admin. I am genuinely amazed!

As a recent sole trader and engineer, my forte is technical with a smattering of financial aspects. As such, I run FreeAgent in a simplistic way and it took just half a day to grab an understanding of the aspects I need to use in my business. I have been exceptionally pleased with the results and ease of operations. It takes away all the work needed to monitor cash flow and produce estimates and invoices. A great tool which I can even run from my phone when away from the office. The support provided, both through Knowledgebase and on the phone is excellent. The Knowledgebase articles and videos lead non-financial people through methods and explain points with great clarity.

This is the BEST accounting solution we've ever tried, and we did try quite a few... Everything in FreeAgent is easy to use and makes sense. There are literally no "friction" points where you ask yourself "how does this work?" like with other solutions. With FreeAgent the user is put first, and everything works seamlessly. We went through all the steps of setting up bank feeds and importing Paypal and Stripe's previous 2 years of transactions was a breeze. We were able to link Wise Bank in FreeAgent (which other solutions don't support). First time ever that an accounting software allows us to do everything we needed. Kudos to the team behind...

I've just recently joined free agent. The software is pretty straightforward once u understand how it works. But the online chat support is excellent so are the telephone support just for the support alone the programme is worth it. I joined because its semi linked with HMRC and I'm hoping that the self assessment submissions at the year end would be straight fwd.

Lots of easy-to-use tooling that helps your business financially get up and running in a short amount of time. Project management, time tracking, invoicing and bank reconciliation are just some of the nice features I like to use.

My first impression was that it was basic and so I stuck with QuickBooks. I then looked again and FreeAgent can do way more than I need to as a small business owner and so made the switch given that it is UK based.

After many years of using another accounts software package I had to move as they went out of business and no longer supported back up. I have found the transfer to Freeagent very easy and it appears to be more sophisticated and intuitive. Time will tell but from my early experience it seems to be very good

FreeAgent is so easy to use and has uncomplicated features which help you track spending etc. I have had to ask for help on a couple of occasions and the agents are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Was a bit apprehensive. Once I got started I was glad that I was o to it. Meeting deadlines and compliance is important and FreeAgent was there to assist
