“I’m new ! But totally impressed, so far . I’m self employed and just want to get on with my job. FreeAgent let’s you ! Absolutely brilliant, I haven’t got to worry at all about the accounts. Linked to my business bank - it does it automatically. Total business control in one ! From doing an estimate for a customer to invoicing. Really enjoying seeing clearly where I’m at financially at the press of a button- anytime. Highly recommend 👍”

“I've retired and just started as a sole trader doing so me gardening. Easy to use, keep track of expenses etc. All in all a nice handy, easy to use, piece of software that will make doing my tax return easy.”

“As a non-finance person I’m learning on the job. FreeAgent is pretty good but sometimes there a lack of information about how to do something. Ie instructions for paying dividends.”

“Only been using it for about a month, but really pleased so far. I have a small consultancy business, and am self-employed. I do have an accounting background so have used plenty of finance systems, large and small. FreeAgent is really well suited to my needs, and I can do pretty much anything that I want with it. Set-up was easy. If I was to suggest an improvement it would be a better way to bring in balances and transactions from a previous accounting system. I ended up doing a manual journal, which was probably not ideal.”

“Good accounting software for the majority of small straightforward businesses. Any slight deviation, such as deposits or a need to split bills for job costing is not covered.”

“I was very hesitant initially to move to FreeAgent having done everything manually up to this point, but the team has been very helpful in helping me understand how I can use it to suit my business needs. They are always helpful and friendly, patient and caring, and I get through to them in a matter of seconds rather than having to wait or go through an awful automated system. I'd highly recommend FreeAgent.”

“it functions as a very basic bookkeeping application it is simplistic and clunky the default invoice formats are only useful for sellers of goods they are useless for providers of services and FA is disinterested in addressing that shortcoming it's worth the cost - if you get it free with your bank account”
