“Although I have received acknowledgement from my new supplier and supplied the requested meter readings, I have not been told by my previous supplier that they are no longer supplying me. I would have expected a final bill for both Electricity and Gas. The only correspondence received was about there accounts showing a credit for Electricity and a Debit for Gas.”
