“The internet service is excellent and so is the delivery but the telephone service is lacking. I prefer to buy over the phone but on no less than four occasions my call was either cut off or unanswered. I realised that on line sales are seen as the future but there is still a large body of people out there who prefer a more traditional approach and do keep up with a paper catalogue if only once a year”

“Amazingly cheap price, same items at screfix were nearly £100 more and I only spent £120 with Frank howard. Fast delivery, well packaged. Brilliant firm. Goes to prove these big companies price match each other to artificially inflate prices.”

“Genuine shop with great prices and real people at the end of the phone! Competitive too. Fantastic. This is a 'bricks' rather than 'clicks' set-up, so you may want to phone them the first time you use them. I bought a high ticket price item, 15% cheaper than Amazon Prime (including free courier delivery)or anyone else that stocked the machine. Service was quick, once I called in(they could work on communicating delivery schedule a little better). Apart from that they are competitively priced, friendly, fast and high-quality tool shop with real people to sort you out if needed - 5 stars from me.”
