“Absolutely awful. Ordered for Christmas, package never arrived. Zero communication or support from the company. Now they want me to print forms and take pictures? Ridiculous and unnecessary. Ruined the holiday gift. Avoid at all costs.”

“Do not buy from this company. I ordered 4 items only 2 arrived. I emailed them and they were more concerned about the size of the packaging saying it was big enough for all items. I never disputed that it wasn't. No offer to resend the items or a refund and would not raise a complaint like I asked them to. There was no invoice or delivery note with the package and they could not produce documentation to prove that my order had been quality checked, even though according them a manager does this before the delivery is shipped. I have now reported them to Trading Standards and seeking my funds to be returned to my from my bank. They have basically stolen £134 from me. Please don't give them your custom as they are shocking, thieves and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.”

“The perfume came damaged and just because the delivery box wasn't wet, I wasn't granted a refund or replacement. It doesn't even make sense because the tin the perfume came in was SEALED and the damaged perfume was stuck in the tin. Scummy company, I'm out of money for no reason now”

“I have not received two orders from November the 2nd. I have emailed the customer service constantly and all I have got back is the same response. It’s disgusting, I have spent so much money with your company and I had to re buy the items as it’s over a month late for a birthday present. I would never recommend joining your membership ever again. It’s been so much stress before Christmas. I have even missed out of free girder when I brought the products and even a gift set. I am now forking out more money to get some items for Christmas. You don’t deserve my money at all! I want my money back asap! That’s two orders!”

“Bought a perfume that lost is fragrance, 1 hour of used and the smell was gone. Contacted the customer service and I sent the perfum back and after that no more contact was done, no refund was made... Rubish system they have, so careful when dealing with them”

“Ordered on May 31 paid with PayPal thank goodness sent 3 emails to no avail and tried calling at least 5 times to find out what was going on! BY MAY 13 nothing ever shipped..My opinion is they act like scam artists. NEVER AGAIN”

“On May 31 ordered and used PayPal and it is my perfume is still not received…have sent 3 emails with no response. When I tried to call no one ever answered and was on hold for 15 minutes. Is this a scam site?”

“I purchased 2 different perfumes; Roberto Cavalli Agent Provacateur They both smell the same. They also evaporate right away. I regret what I did. I would never buy a perfume online.”

“I have ordered a few times and spent a lot on presents but i don’t believe the items are real the bottles are not the same as the originals and the spray tops Give the authenticity away. Perfume Smells fine it’s the bottle and sprays that are not the same as original bottles”

“One item arrived damaged. Sent photos and had to them print off a label to send it back before getting a refund (which has not been received yet). Went through topcashback for an extra incentive, but fragrance direct have declined and refused to pay. Very disappointing, why lose a potential customer over a couple of quid? Won’t be using again as I don’t like dishonest companies. If you are going to promise cashback then do the decent thing and pay out. Please refund the item I have sent back!”

“Their website tells untruths. On the front page it simply says 'Free shipping over £25' but I was still charged. Apparently this is because you have to enter a code, but that is not made clear on the front page which was all I looked at. Apparently on page 309 (or something lol) of the T&Cs it says about this, but who reads that. I just trust the front page, but don't trust these guys ever.”

“Fake! Warning. FAKE.The company does not care, they will send you to the manufacturer Cody if you claim fraud. they will NOT inspect the bottles themselves. 1.look at the amount in the bottle.2 look at the "Cool Water" its written in the wrong font!!! 3 Look under "Cool water", its not written "woman" 4 Look under the (top) shape its flat surfaces not round. I did get my money back but not for the shipping. They did not accept this review on their site. I also ordered a "euphoria"that smelled equally bad and had fake metal covering. Talked to a investigator of fake parfumes who confirmed that a real euphoria alway has real metal.”

“They will not issue a refund , only store gift card. If there is an issue with your parcel , they simply ignore you for weeks and then say we cannot issue refund only store credit. I do not need store credit as I had to buy replacement elsewhere. Money stuck now with these fraudsters.”
