“Ordered an old favourite fragrance, noticed immediately like others that's the fragrance did not last longer than an hour. The fragrance itself not quite right bit close. Definately fake, be warned.”

“I bought Cerruti 1881. The product was delivered promptly but when I sprayed it on I realized straightaway that the item was not genuine. The scent was very faint & disappeared in no time at all. I will not buy from this company again.”

“I am more than worried now, bought an item online on 1st December and its now 10th December and still not arrived, they are blaming Royal Mail for there misgivings, Yet everybody else is managing to deliver the items. Based on what I see in the review I do not believe they are telling the truth and will be calling them again tomorrow. I will not be fobbed off until I have a definate answer from them.”

“So, order since November still is not dispatched. Contacted them via e-mail and twice via pnone. Each time different reasons why they dont dispatch: or black friday's fault, or Royal mail's. I'd like to protect the Royal mail, because orders from other 9 shops came in time. Fragrance direct is a scam, I can not even cancel the order because I'm told to wait before "I can"(funny, because they already took my money). Bad reviews on Trustpilot are drown pretty quickly with generated good ones in the next few minutes.”

“First, it took two weeks for the package to arrive. Second, the perfume was open, not full to the brim (obviously, it was used), and the perfume cap was broken. Also, the perfume seems to be fake.”

“I rarely write reviews but have ordered ultraviolet 3 times coz I like it so much ...twice from a meadowhall shop that was great.....then from this company....I agree with lots of people the fragrance goes after a few mins...definitely fake..”

“Fragrance direct did not make me happy your prices for bed head duo shampoo and conditioner have gone up from £11 99to £15 98including postage ! And when you put the money off codes in they don’t work! I so there’s no incentive to buy from you love the product but lm not prepared to pay this massive increase l understand that prices are going up but not that much!,”

“I bought a 100ml gift set of Missoni Pour Homme EDP after seeing some positive reviews on Youtube. Amazing price and fast delivery. No complaints there! I received it in a cardboard box, but the gift set in it was only covered with a plastic sleeve, not plastic wrapped. I sprayed the perfume and... just faint alcohol smell that vaporizes immediately. I smelled the small tester that it came with and that smells only slightly stronger. Even spraying 5-10 times does not make the scent any stronger! Only the shower gel seems to smell like the real product should smell. This is by far the weakest scent I have ever smelled and this is supposed to be EDP concentration! It did not look like the bottles were tampered with, but it's hard to believe Missoni would release a product this poor.”

“I ordered a mascara and it came unsealed and dried up. It clearly was not new and the customer service is appalling. Will not be using this company ever again and strongly advise against using this company.”

“Just received - Femme Hugo Boss 50ml which i was really looking forward to as i love this perfume, as soon as i sprayed it i knew it was fake! very very weak and smells nothing like original product. Very Very disappointed considering it cos ME the same price as the original product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“Purchased Aramis aftershave and as soon as I tried it seemed to me that the product was not original. Did not smell like Aramis . Complained but they confirmed that it was original product, I returned all unopened bottles. I will not be buying through fragrance direct again”

“Absolutely ridiculous. Very poor service. I would never use or recommend this company. Ordered a next day item over £100 and still haven’t received 4 days later. My wife ordered on a standard the next day and has received. I have not been informed of them looking into where my parcel has gone missing. Royal Mail tracking only tells me I will receive more information. Joke!”
