“Hi,happy to get part but post cost is silly for a very small rubber part😮£3 and put in oversize padded envelope to justify sale kills me every time i order.Other than that great.”

“Online description states 4 which suggests price is for 4 (a set). Only 1 sent which makes them a very expensive item - ie over £100 a set for rubber seals. Web details need amending.”

“I don't think I've used anyone else in the last six years when buying new parts for my bike. The prices are competitive with other companies but the service always proved to be so much better.”

“Bought my bike and accessories at showroom. Online shop also good. Genuine Triumph parts pricey, but the same everywhere. Service centre could do with booking timeslots rather than turn up and wait.”

“packed well on some of the parts listings are wrong had to cancel two of the parts as it said quantity needed was 2 when only 1 of each was needed the person i live chat with said they would alter it on the site but last time i looked this still has not been done and had to keep contacting your selfs as it was not showing that the 2 items had been removed and had to contact your selfs to find out when someone could of sent a email to me”

“Excellent customer support (fast and useful response). But only on request, no automatic comments on changing excessive lead times. No automatic follow up, against announcement. Horrible lead time for a rather standard part (3 months).”
