“Nice that they have a lot of classic motorcycle parts in stock and not to order . Ordering was easy very efficient delivery being kept up to date as to the arrival of them . Would use Fowlers again.”

“Happy with you but not happy with delivery. I paid extra for next day delivery which never happened. Order was on a Thursday I received on Tuesday. They delivered to the wrong fiat on Monday. Only realised Tuesday after they said it was at the post office. I should be refunded difference between next day and standard delivery charge. I stayed in Friday and Saturday They never came….waste of time”

“Immediate refund for next day delivery actioned following delivery delay. Delay is a bit inconvenient but still, the quick response is in my experience unusual in the internet environment - so pleasantly surprised.”

“I was disappointed that one of the items that I ordered was not available. The unavailable item was in fact the main purpose of my order. Had I known that that item was unavailable, I would have delayed my order until I needed further items, the other items were not needed immediately, so could have waited. Alas I was not given the option to cancel the order....”

“As with all suppliers of NOS and remanufactured parts they are pricey. Fowlers do make it clear what is in stock and do ship in a timely manner.”

“Great website to choose the part you need, quick delivery. First item sent was faulty though and no offer to credit, so paid full price for a replacement.”
