Delivery was quick to Dubai. But the gasket arrived damaged as it was not packaged very well at all. And the KTM parts catalogue was not up to date so the parts I ordered where not what I expected. I ordered a clutch kit with springs (as per catalogue) but only received the clutch plates and no springs. KTM had changed the kit to not include springs but Fowlers had not updated this (this has since been updated after I got in touch) Due to the damaged gasket and lack of clutch springs as I expected. I missed a trip away on the bike. But, I reported the issues and Stuart Beauchemin dealt with the case. He arranged the missing and damaged parts fir me FOC and handled the situation absolutely fine. Although I'm still yet to receive the missing springs and gasket, as they're out of stock and the KTM factory has been closed. So I'm very pleased with the aftersales customer service at rectifying the issues, but the original order wasn't great.

I was after a scooter battery. This required filling with acid and then charging. I needed to wait for 18 hours. It would be god if they had a number of popular batteries filled and charged ready for immediate collection. Future customer please be aware of a potential delay in picking up batteries. Unfortunately they cannot not batteries.

I ordered some parts and Fowlers sent them and they were what I was expecting so, well done for meeting expectations. Would have been five stars had there not been the insistent requests for feedback.

I ordered a cable end which was the size of my finger tip the postage was about £6 way to expensive

parts are ok but took a long time to turn up and wasn’t clear when they’d even be delivered,as it happens they came to late for my trip to europe.

Ordered next day delivery. Item ended up 400 miles from my home. !!! On calling was told be resent next day. Which it arrived So only an average score this time. Won’t stop me using them again.

Unacceptable delivery time the delivery of my parts took almost 3 times the advertised time on the website. This was for parts that are used in many Kawasaki models so really should be held in stock. Almost everywhere is using 'Brexit' as an excuse for delayed deliveries however I believe it is just that an excuse for poor service. I have ordered parts and accessories direct from the continent and received them in a few days and from the States in less time than this order.

Great most of the time, I refuse to use their eBay shop as they sell stuff that isn't even in stock and don't state that it will be a backorder. I have had problems with a customer service representative in the past where he "believed" that my import shouldn't even be in the country (Suzuki GZ125 HS), so why bother with parts for it (considering how interchangeable a lot of the parts from the GZ125 are). I complained to management and received the exploded diagrams for the specific bike, which I have shared far and wide to help those who own the same bike. However I do believe that the representative still works for them (I have spoken to him about my KTM and surprisingly didn't have a problem with it). I dont think the representative's opinion is required when I'm ordering parts, just get me the parts that I require. This is why I use other companies 95% of the time.

No body that the head lamp got very hot and if your running the bike just to charge up because you cannot use the motor bike don't have it covered or the plastic lamp will melt, as what happened to my motor bike. £193!

I have used Fowlers for parts before and they have always delivered quickly and parts are good quality. They are a bit expensive which loses them a lot of trade because with ebay and amazon providing a selection of equivalent parts I buy most of my items through them.

Needed two suspension pads that nobody else had. Ordered a few other bits and pieces to pad out the order even though I could have done better elsewhere. As it turned out, one of the pads were unavailable even though my order had gone through. Also couldn't find copper washers for brake hose banjo bolt so had to order elsewhere. Not my best experience, however the dispatch time is second to none.

Expensive for what they are (rubber washer) expensive delivery costs. There was no weight or size issue. This item would have fitted into a small jiffy bag. Don't see how it could cost £3.99 to post via Royal Mail.
