“Avoid at all costs!! Product is flimsy and cheap looking. Battery does not last a day. It is really hard to pair to any device. Requested refund, not holding out much hope though. Shell out for a fitbit instead.”

“My son loved his band for Christmas, very easy to set up to say I’m not tech savvy. Cannot comment on support as did not require any. Just ordered another for my nephews birthday and already been shipped.”

“We purchased two of the fourfit mini 2 for our sons for Xmas. Delivery took a while but it did state when we ordered that it was a minimum of 10 working days: arrived in good time for Xmas. We had a few issues getting to connect the watches to apps on the phones, instructions & box stated different apps which neither of them worked.. Found another app mentioned on their website. Emailed fourfit and they came back with some instructions and when we followed them we managed to get them connected without an issue. We were starting to worry after reading other people's reviews but the watches work great and our sons love them. Would be 5 stars if fourfit improved on their communication / instructions for setting up the watches.”

“I purchased 2 for my children's Christmas gifts and after spending a great deal of time, downloading 3 different apps and googling how to sync these with the apps I have given up. But my google search did bring up these reviews which has made me stop banging my head against the wall as no matter what I do they are not going to work!! I am very disappointed as the website looks so legitimate with the pad locket the start so I trusted it. I even read the BBC review so believed it was true. They did take a long time to arrive but came in time for christmas, but to be honest I now feel I will be wasting my time trying to get a refund. I have sent email through support of we page and the support email on shipment email so wish me luck. DO not order these the will give you a headache”

“Got my son a Fourfit a Mini for Christmas. No instructions. Looked online, downloaded app and have been trying to connect the watch with the app for 5 hours - no joy. I have one very disappointed 9 year old, and have wasted money on something that does not work.”

“Awful ordered 3 fitness trackers for my kids beginning dec Still not arrived and no one is responding to my emails I’ve had to buy another 3 from elsewhere so I’m over £100 out of pocket! Do not buy from here”

“Got ours fourfit mini2 from kidsfitnesstracker that i think is the same site, 17 days to turn up, cannot get though to them and theyve sent wrong colour, not responding to any emails and cant use the live chat, echo what most said about a scam company”

“Ordered mini2 payment came out of bank on 6th December. I have never recieved any confirmation of my order. Tried email and live chat and manage to get one reply saying no email address linked to order so I asked them to add it and let me know when to expect the item. Now getting no response at all????”

“Took 3.5 weeks to turn up, and it's the wrong colour. I don't know if to return or not as I don't hold any hope of getting refund back. You can't call -only email which when chasing the order it seemed to take them forever to get back to us. Bad service, packaging cheap, haven't even turned on as wrong product so can't comment if it actually works.”
