“An excellent service. The goods always arrive well packed. I have a slight grumble about the cost of 'consolidation'. I often buy lots of small items to be put into one box and this adds a lot to the overall price - especially when Amazon sends an order in two or three separate consignments. There should be a set fee for this.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. It's great to hear your items arrive safely to you. In regards to our consolidation service, it is a fixed fee to cover the cost of the packing materials, cartons, and labour. Unfortunately, we don't have control over how retailers process and dispatch orders, items can be split and shipped separately depending on stock levels and where the seller's fulfillment centers are located. We log packages as received and every separate package is treated individually. As a valued customer we do appreciate your continued use of our service, any suggestions are always noted, and where possible implemented to help improve our service to our customers.
