Good, but disappointed that Ellie didnt call me back as she promised she would I also contacted tgem as they stated they were a women in debt company, though two different men called me, which im not comfortable with. So thats knocked my confidence hoing forward.

After initial enquiry I was bombarded with calls and texts - even though I had a future appt booked with an Advisor. The FA was very clear and made everything easy to understand. Again though I felt rushed when trying to collate my paperwork and documents required. After my case had been handed to Creditfix I contacted Fortis twice with absolutely no reply or response. No after care service. Very disappointing

They were very helpful but the Iva team I was passed onto were extremely unprofessional No complaints with Fortis itself

Very friendly but continually kept skiing for more and more info. Delaying my IVA and then passed to another Company. All in all I still haven't received any paperwork to sign although the new company say it has all been agreed. This was started in May, it's now October

Hi June, Firstly I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the timescale of your application. The main reason for the delay was that the initial information provided would not have been sufficient for your creditors to accept the proposal. Our priority is always our clients and if we had submitted with the initial information the proposal would have been rejected. I understand this may have been a stressful time for you, but I assure you this was necessary and thankfully we achieved the end result we was looking for. I can confirm everything has been approved. I very disappointed that you didnt perhaps come back to me and ask to pay a bit more a nd off more advice other going bankrupt or writing letters

Hi Paula, I can see that your IVA application has been approved and therefore you should not be receiving any contact from your creditors at this stage. One of the admin team will contact you shortly to resolve this issue. Kind Regards Matt Fortis

ok but some staff are rather demeaning in their manner when payments are late which is unhelpful at an already very stressful time

It's a very good team of people, very efficient. However one or two of the team members were a bit snooty. I dont appreciate being talked down to. And I think the staff also need to appreciate the effects that mental illnesses has on individuals such as myself; it's very hard to deal with financial Matters when suffering episodes of mental illnesses; so being harassed to get things done dosent help and is appreciated. Apart from Those two things, your firm is very good.

I think the overall process was long nearly 4 month for me and at the end of it all confused on some things but some of the staff talk to you as your dumb one tell you something another one something different .

With regards to length of the set up of your case, our average time is 3-4 weeks. I have looked into this and this was a particularly complex case, where you was unable to provide essential documentation that we had requested. I know this was a stressful time for you I'm sure you just wanted a conclusion quickly. However we have to be as thorough as possible in order to satisfy the creditors in order to get your application approved. Thankfully, with combined persistence we have managed to achieve a successful conclusion. I hope you are now feeling much better about everything.
