“I ordered a trousers and top set in Dec 2023, I was sent the trousers in a 'partial order' per the email. The top has never been sent, I haven't had an email to refund me or let me know its been shipped. So am I waiting on a refund as you perhaps no longer have in stock? or do you still intend on sending out to me? i paid the postage! So far I have a pair of trousers that matches a top I don't have. I won't even be able to send the trousers back soon as will exceed the 30 day returns. Utterly shocked, always loved this store.”

“AVOID!!!! You will not receive a refund for goods they receive back! I've received 3 emails to say they received my returns (all separate orders) and i've been waiting months and still no refund!!! It's theft!!”

“I sent items back i received an email from them on 31st August 2023 to say their had received my return and my refund would take 14 working days still have not received my refund the customer service email does not get answered i have sent 10 emails now, it looks like i wont be received it. This company need to be investigated.”

“Worst brand and even worse customer service. I had ordered some dress from them and didn't like one of them returned it but its been more than a month I have not received my refund. Tried to email several times but none of the emails got replied. If they were not going to refund anything they should have mentioned it to their return policy. Never ever buy anything from them”

“This company have a terrible customer service after care. I've been waiting since June for my refund and still not received it. I've messaged a number of times and they just don't respond to emails either. So basically, I sent my dress back due to the fit(nothing wrong with it) they've received it back and not given my refund. They've probably resold it as well meaning they've had double pay for the same dress. This to me is a s good as stealing from the customer, when you receive good back and don't refund. Do not order from them!!!!!!!!!!! P.s I've reported them to trading standards for this s well.”

“Do not order anything from Forever Unique! I am so disappointed with this company. I expected more from a company that was involved in a reality tv show! I thought it would want to keep its good name. I am also, along with many others who have left a review, waiting for a refund. I have emailed and called many times but no response. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Shocking.”

“Not been refunded in 3 months, no reply to emails and you can't call them. Do not buy from this scam business, they have appointed liquidators so it says online and yet still allowed to trade, how is this legal???”

“I’ve been waiting since April for a refund after they acknowledged my return. They’ve stopped answering emails now. What I find unbelievable is that they are still allowed to trade. I get their emails offering 40% off. I’m so disgusted - just want my money back.”

“Alors c’était ma toute première fois de commander sur ce site sans consulter les avis , j’ai été livré en 10 jours une livraison standard en France … le vêtement est correcte taille et matière le seul bémol avec eux c’est le service client qui es nulle et je vois beaucoup de plaintes concernant les remboursements donc rassurez vous de ne pas retourner d’article si non pas de remboursement et c’est bien dommage car les vêtements sont de qualités”

“My item of clothing never arrived or notice of dispatch of item, no attempt made at delivery item and now they have stop answering emails and social media messages to resolve the problem. Zero customer service and no item received. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!”

“Items to the value of £150 returned weeks ago and no refund. Can't get through on the phone and they don't answer emails. Set up under a new limited company but looks like they are in trouble. Lots of reviews on TikTok and Trustpilot. Dont order as you won;t get a refund. They ahve no right taking orders from people if they wont refund. It's theft.”
