I ordered and paid for Express delivery ( to be delivered within 3 days)a week later I haven't even recieved a tracking no. despite emailing them twice I'm not impressed

Love the clothes and would be tempted to buy more but just find the returns complicating , such a pain having to print form out then wait for 10 days for a refund

Standards have certainly slipped; no boxes for clothing on delivery only thin grey bags containing your item on a broken coat hanger, courier changed so no control of tracking and choice of drop off for delivery and clothes from someone else; no Forever Unique label! Forever Unique please sort yourself out!

The quality was excellent, good heavy weight material fitted well but far too long, model must have been over 6ft. I am appalled by the aftercare sales. I returned the item, paid for tracked and signed but the company hasn't even been in touch regarding a refund even though it's a month later. Not impressed!

I’m so disappointed in you guys. Your services are very poor. I purchased an item on Tuesday this week and I paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive it and there was no communication as to why it wasn’t delivered. Waited again on Thursday and they kept texting me it be with me between 7pm-9pm but all in vain and still no communications. It was me who keeps chasing you guys by making phone calls just to know what’s going on. I need this item ie a jumpsuit to be worn tomorrow on Saturday as I have an occasion to attend. It’s very unfair

Purchased a dress from the international website and received a dress which was from another brand. Contacted customer service as the other brand sold the same dress for half the price. I was told to return using the free returns label to get a refund. I explained that as an overseas customer I would have to pay for the return postage. Customer service didn't offer any solution.

Dresd ordered was generous sizing .. too big but also whole thing quite overpowering for the occasion required .. sent back but have heard nothing regarding confirmation of return or refund

Take far too long to refund return orders ! Every time have to chase it up ! I returned my ASOS same day and received my AsOS refund over a week ago

I have purchased many items over the years which have always come nicely packaged/presented in boxes or dress covers , however this time I would concur with another reviewer that it came in a poorly packaged plastic bag with the paperwork screwed up. Even though the dress is lovely it has lost that special feel especially when the dress was £250

I made a purchase on Sunday and I am new customer I have received an email to thank me for my custom and that the item was delivered on Tuesday I still have not yet received my delivery Also it's impossible to make contact with the delivery company as an answering machine keeps coming on and I can't discuss my issue I I love Forever unique clothes but I can't buy them if I am not receiving my goods and I am both upset and very disappointed about this My order number is JD00022489220233 I trust you will look into this for me as soon as possible Many Thanks

I buy a lot of clothes from you , sadly this time I was very disappointed! The quality of the Dress wasn’t to the standard you usually sell I’m sure . So sad as it was for my Birthday night out . I will have to look again and hope to find a better one x

I haven’t received the item yet - you use Yodel and I have nightmares with them In the past! I have rescheduled the delivery so fingers crossed it actually makes it to my door. If I were you I would consider using a better courier. Julles x

First time customer. Dress did not fit nice. I am still awaiting my refund. No email, account still not credited even though dress was returned 10 days ago. At the very least an email confirming package received.

Ordered an item and sent on-line. Ten minutes later I found another item and emailed to ask if this item could be added to the previous order to save on P&P. A return email arrived saying that they couldn’t add the second item with no explanation as to why? My item arrived with a lot of loose threads. I like to item so will keep it and tidy up the loose ends. I will not be using Forever Unique again as found them to be uncooperative and quality of garment I received was not up to standard.
