“avoid using this company, its taken me over a month to get back my money after approval, I've sent a number of emails chasing up payment and promised dates via email and never received I'm owed over £3000 pounds, still on going to this date.”

“the overall experience is great and quite easy to open the account but the website is not user-friendly. Could you provide a login to user to review their ISA? the website is not user-friendly, i can't find the login page to review my profile. it seems not secure. Hopefully can add this function in the page.”
