“I purchased a wing mirror a number of months ago. It was faulty, a qualified mechanic confirmed this was a faulty item and I contacted your company a month ago to report it and seek a replacement. I never received any response nor acknowledgement and after waiting for a number of weeks for some feedback, I had to replace it. This was at a further expense and unnecessary expense to myself. I find the lack of response on top of receiving a faulty product to be unprofessional and unacceptable. Therefore I would not purchase again from your website nor encourage anyone else to do so.”
