I ordered a north face coat costing me £270 in total & was damaged after 5 weeks & nearly 60 emails , they sent me a womens jumpsuit size 14 saying thats what i sent although i have proof they dont! DONT ORDER FROM FOOTSYLUM P8925127

Returned item said I haven’t, stole my money and someone either from Evri or their warehouse stole the trainers I sent back. Customer service were horrible and essentially accusing me of theft even though I have proof of return. Refusing to refund me for an item I sent back

At Christmas I went on holiday to London where I bought new Nike shoes at one of your stores on Oxford st. When I return home to the Netherlands I discover that there is a production error in the shoe. I see that a certain part of the shoe is not sprayed in the correct color and that the edge is white. Now I have sent an email with photo’s and The bank statement to the service department twice to solve this, but unfortunately I do not get an answer to this. I also approached Nike myself but said I really have to be at the store. --- UPDATE 09/01/2024 --- After posting the review, I received a response to the review. I left my email address where requested and sent another email to the store chain. They said they were going to investigate. I am now awaiting an answer from them.

Footasylum customer service is the most unreliable, irritating customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was sent the wrong item, had to send it back which costed me €17.50, asked for an exchange and they gave me refund. I only just got my refund today since this issue in November. My order was €39 and they sent me €21 refund. I want the rest of my money. I’m never ordering online from them again, I rather use jd or footlockers, I’ve never experienced this from any brand I’ve been using and I’m very upset as I was excited for the trouser I ordered.

I returned order NoFA-14808744 to your Liverpool store in Paradise St on 20th November 2023. I had purchased on line to collect at the store. I was given a receipt for the refund & they said I didn’t have to give them my bank card as the refund would go through automatically. Today the 26th November 2023 I received a email to say my purchase was ready at the Liverpool to collect & I have four days in which to do this. I DID NOT make another order & just want my refund of £39-99p

Returned a pair of £70 trainers to croydon store that I ordered online. 4 weeks later have not had money refunded. online ghost chat as nobody there, customer service number never answered. I spend a lot of money in this store, not anymore. They have basically robbed me of £70. Awful company.

Terrible company - tried to return and they sent me back the wrong item. When I told them in store they couldn't help and when I reached out online they said I had to go resolve with their courier

Contacting these people if there is a problem is ridiculous. You could actually be waiting for hours for somoene to join the chat. And WhatsApp is even worse.

Your customer service at Brighton Churchill square was awful the manager she was a liar and discriminated me I bought a pair of ladies shoes went home and noticed they were worn ones I had been given I called them and went to exchange or get a refund within 2 hours but in the shop she refused to refund and started to accuse me and my son that we had worn them considering my size is 10 and we bought size 6 afterwords she called the security to ask us to leave despite not giving us refund I told her that under consumer right I have a right to full refund or exchange for another new pair but all of a sudden security was called and I was told to leave the store and absolutely dishonest staff who lied and even when I was leaving I asked her to return my receipt and she said it’s in the box upon checking the box there was no receipt so she lied again and I believe she wanted me to leave the store without my proof so that they have a reason not to refund or exchange without receipt total shameful behaviour need go there again and please check your shoes before leaving the store. TOTALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS SHAMEFUL COMPANY STICK TO SPORTS DIRECT

Purchased some Nike socks for my daughter, the socks never arrived! Even had email and text confirmation from Footasylum’s chosen couriers to say the package had been lost. Since then I have been backwards and forwards with Footasylum trying to get a refund! No contact number, the chat portal is absolutely useless. Have to WhatsApp or email and never get the same person twice replying. So have to go through the problem over and over and over, with no resolution to a simple problem…

I have never been a customer of footasylum but unfortunately I was scammed and they used my card at this company, the first time I got in touch through the chat line the first assistant was very good and I got one of the transaction repaid. They said that the other 3 were out for delivery and they will try to stop them and would get back to me. I didn’t hear anything for nearly a week so got back in touch with them, the second assistant seemed not to be interested and after a period of time told me the shoes had been delivered so transactions could be not stopped. I asked if they could give me or the national fraud agency the delivery address of were the products had gone and the answer I got was no. I understand why they can’t give me the information but surly they should get in touch with the nation fraud agency and pass on this information as this is now a criminal investigation.

Purchased 2 pairs of Salomon trainers in different sizes. Both pairs didn't fit well so returned both pairs in exactly the same parcel as they were sent through FootAsylum's preferred choice of courier ToYou through Asda. FootAsylum only refunded 1 pair (after a lot of research, I can see that this is common practice for these charlatans) I paid through Klarna, sent Klarna the return receipt which proves that ToYou delivered the return to FootAsylum but FootAsylum still try to lie and say that 1 pair has been returned when I know that they have received 2 pairs. I'm fortunate that I don't need a credit rating so I'll wait for FootAsylum to take this 'debt' to court and they can produce their evidence to my lawyer. I have all the evidence I need to prove I returned them and purchased a different pair through another store shortly after. Avoid this store at all costs.

States as being in stock when it's not. Takes money, gives delivery date. Not delivered, turns out they just cancelled with no email, no text, no call as no stock. No notice at all. No customer service as chat service broken. Use their WhatsApp chat but it's automated only, no one there just states they will get back to you in 24 hrs. Mess of a company. Going to have to charge back my credit card.

Ordered 2 coats and 2 jackets returned 2coats and1 jacket only refunded me for 1 coat. After numerous calls and being ignored they have still not refunded me for all items that I returned have now proceeded to take out a chargeback from my bank. Would not recommend this company as they constantly make excuses to ovoid refunding you. Total owned £370 beware when sending items back.

Id give 0 stars if it would let me do that to leave a review! Chased for 4 days for a delivery only to be told that they have lost the parcel, cant redeliver it because they're out of stock .. probably didn't have any anyway... now got to wait till after xmas for my money back as its 10 working days ! Shocking service

Do not but from here as you will not get a refund if you return anything. I returned a hood and a tshirt they refunded the T-shirt witch was £20 but not the hoody that was £60. Have not responded to any of my emails about the issue.

Ordered my son a tracksuit cost me almost 150 turns up missing bottoms took 4 days of getting in touch to find out item was out of stock yet they had still taken the money for the item even though it was out of stock and if I hasn't said anything wouldn't have given me my money back worst service I've had from an online retailer
