“My search has finally got to the right result. This app is really a nice app that has so many features and the best part is that all these features work actually. “I ordered a new phone, was promised delivery next day, arrived after 3 days. Customer service goes like this - you send 5 emails, lucky if you hear once. Call them 10 times, you will be lucky if they pick up even once. They promised me an invoice; after much communication, they sent me a piece of paper, with no company reg, no VAT reg, yet they charged VAT. Have been asking them for VAT reg for over 10 days, simply no response. I have decided to report this to VAT authorities. The receipt they sent me is worthless - even Samsung would not accept it as proof of purchase. I think they are running a scam.”

“Ordered a phone yesterday before 2 pm . Been told it will be send by special delivery next day which is today . My tracking number shows nothing on post office tracker website . I called fonegiant customer service the person on phone said he is not sure when I'm going to receive my phone it will be today or tomorrow . But he's not sure . What a waste of time and money”
