“I am so glad to have found FODMarket. After a recommendation from the doctor and research into the low Fodmap diet I went about shopping and stocking up on all essentials for the diet. FODMarket have an excellent arrange of products, sweet and savoury, and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices as it is very affordable. FODMarket enables me to follow the diet easily and also allows me to discover new recipe's and flavours. Delivery is very reasonably priced, quick and extremely well packaged, the company definitely takes care and pride in their products. I will continue to shop with FODMarket and recommend to others as well! Thank you for making the low Fodmap diet a whole lot easier!”

“I've ordered from FODMarket twice over the last two months. The products have arrived safe and sound. I've liked most of what I've received and loved some of it. None has caused any tummy issues, which is essential. The customer service is friendly and quick to respond and even followed-up to make sure that all turned out well when I contacted them about shipping plans. The correspondance about shipping date changes did not, unfortunately, translate into actually receiving my shipment on the day I wanted but I believe that this was due to the shipping company used in my area rather than FODMarket. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for FODMAP-friendly foods.”

“This was my first purchase from FODMarket and although it was for a specific product I was impressed with the range of products offered. Their website is easy to navigate and ordering/payment very easy. Delivery was within the stated timeframe. I will definitely be ordering in the future and I 100% recommend using FODMarket.”

“Really happy to have discovered FODMarket.co.uk. I have been on a Fodmap diet since Autumn 2017 and most of the time we make everything from scratch. To have a full range of sauces for pasta and curry to use for convenience is ideal. We did our first order in December 2019 and all the items we bought bar one were great. Delivery was excellent and prices not as bad as some of the items we have found in specialist stores. Just received our 2nd order which again came quickly and we are looking forward to trying some of the new range of curry sauces.”

“Fodmarket have a huge range of low FODMAP products. I buy from them every month now. The whole process is very easy. Just click and purchase. “For a new FODMAP dieter this was a great site to buy basic ingredients. My variety of cooked meals has widened and I am enjoying cooking again. To have all FODMAP foods available together is so much easier. Please extend the range so that my shopping list would be easier to fulfil in one hit 👍”

“I like knowing when I’m buying food it doesn’t have ingredients that I can’t tolerate. It takes the pressure off having find all the information, which online can’t be impossible due to low resolution images, etc. You have a good range to choose from, although more Keto please!! I haven’t had any issues ordering or with delivery, thanks”

“Fodmarket has made managing my diet much easier. They supply a range of goods which allow room for a quick cook in my weekly schedule without having to compromise on what I am eating. “I wouldn’t be without Fodmarket. Easy to use website. So many go to products plus tempting treats too. Very help staff who answer queries promptly. Love that you can read the list of ingredients before adding to basket! Great speedy delivery (usually within 48 hrs) and everything very well packed. I’m a huge fan of their tasty foods. (Love the updated website well done Fodmarket). Off to place my latest order!”

“I nearly cried when I came across the Fodmarket website having been on a strict fodmap diet for ages and rather desperate for something tasty to eat. Delivery was quick and easy and I cannot tell you the excitement when I finally sat down to something good to eat...and reminiscent of my old, normal diet! So far I have tried the pumpkin & sage soup, minestrone soup and the thai red curry sauce (which transforms my boring chicken or prawns into a proper meal). I thought they were all delicious! They aren't as flavourful as those with onions, garlic etc. but the very small sacrifice is worth it for a stomach that is calm and happy. I've already ordered more!”
