Now when I wake I can stand straight up and wake without the pain I used to, I also have longer blocks of sleep. N:rem has been a godsend...my only wish is that it was around 10 years ago”
“I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have lower back disk problems and used to wake up everyday with pains in my hips. From the first night we had this mattress topper I have only had painful hips when I am not in my own bed.
You do read reviews and sometimes wonder if it is actual customers writing them as they can seem too good but I can honestly say as a genuine customer that this topper has made a huge difference to me.
I also would have difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep as I couldn't get comfortable but that has also improved.”
“Initially I was pleased with comfort. However king size overhung my king size bed by a good 4 inches which I had to cut off excess. Because of the cover material it slides/moves around the base, I have to keep pushing it back into position. Blocks vary and although placed where required soon the firmness went out of them and even though I kept swapping them around firmness has gone and it dips in places. Not good for me as a fibro sufferer. Disappointed and not worth the money sadly.”
“The thing I most like about my mattress is that it can change according to your needs and bidy requirements. If you have a shoulder or hip injury and need your bed to be firmer or softer, you can have it. You can always get advice from the team. Just love it”

“What I found great about this system is that if it doesn't work you send it back. From my own point of view prior to having the mattress I was in agony on my own bed. Even at my son's house I had to resort to sleeping on the floor. My first night with the new mattress was the first nights sleep I had had for a long while. I did have to experiment with the inserts to adjust to my preference but found the company most helpful in coming up with the right combination. My bad back got slowly better but it did take many months but getting a good night's sleep was a breakthrough. It's nice to have my back virtually back to normal without having to go through surgery. As an aside my wife is pleased with it as well because our previous memory foam mattress always retained the heat and became to warm to sleep on. Also she has a different combination of inserts to suit her sleeping style.”
“Don't get any comfort or improved sleep with it at all now. Because I'm heavy it saga in places and doesn't go back to its original state. Very disappointed especially because it wasn't cheap.”
“I would recommend this system to anyone, I have chronic back pain and fibromyalgia, before having this system I was having little or no sleep (for at least 6 years plus since my back went downhill) due to the pain I'd even tried getting an electric bed, but to no avail however once I spotted an advert advertising this system and decided to try it and I haven't looked back since, from first ordering the trial to getting my permanent system it took 2 weeks, since having my system I have gone from having little or no sleep to 6/8 hrs sleep, this works even with my electric bed. For a first class system and first class customer service from Tom. I would recommend this to everyone!!!! So buy buy buy and get your first goodnight sleep in years!”
“It's comfy to sleep but there's no way of attaching topper to main mattress hubby fell out of bed 2 times as topper moves wouldn't recommend topper to anyone”
