“Outstanding customer service and quality equipment - within minutes of my order I was contacted to find out who it was for as they had records and could ensure that the correct equipment was being ordered and they could marry up the new product with the existing owned kit - received the item the next day and was set up easily do our member of staff could get back to work on our new systems - very satisfied customers here - thank you!!”

“Amazing service, initially spoke to someone on the phone who tried to resolve my problem by explaining what I needed to do. When this didn't work, she asked me to send the equipment in for testing and advised I may need to have two new shoes. I sent the equipment in, by special delivery, on the Monday, on the Tuesday they tested the equipment and advised of the problem. I ordered the new parts that afternoon, and received the equipment back on Wednesday fully working.”
