About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

These days we’re focused on doing good wherever we can – whether that’s by making your life easier with fast, free delivery, a 7 day freshness guarantee, and a brilliant customer care team, or by helping the planet by using sustainably sourced flowers and reducing our environmental impact.

“Flowers didn't reach the person on day requested.when she did get them they were withered. Contacted you and you plan to send a replacement but not sure when this will be as its going to a school teacher.”

“I made a complaint with regards to my sister flowers, wrong order, you sent me another for compensation, just spoke to my mother, sylvie Nunes, and she did not get the order I placed for her, one with blue flowers etc, she 90 yrs old, she received one with white and yellow flowers? I will send you the order reference number etc.”

“Having used Flying Flowers from its Jersey days I have always been very pleased with them. However, the two Christmases delivery to myself were more than disappointing to the extent that I never used the vouchers sent. With trepidation I ordered for a relative last week-and she is delighted with them and sent me the photos. So I am pleased that standards have returned. I might order myself a bouquet 💐”

“My daughter says the flowers are lovely. I am disappointed that having ordered them eight days before her birthday they didn't arrive on the day of her birthday. She lives in Jersey and I thought your company was based there so don't understand why they were not delivered in time.”

“Have used them before many years ago and the service was great. I used them on this occasion, and was not disappointed at all - this was the only company, out of 6 or so, that roughly a week in advance offered delivery (not guaranteed, but at least was the only one that had the option) for valentine's day. The flowers I sent to my friend were delivered on time and in great condition. Great service, will happily use them again and highly recommend!”

“Although a full refund was given the flowers arrived by DPD on valentines day and clearly were not fresh to the extent some had deteriorated very badly. The ribbon i paid extra for was detached and the meaning of valentines day was lost”
