About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

These days we’re focused on doing good wherever we can – whether that’s by making your life easier with fast, free delivery, a 7 day freshness guarantee, and a brilliant customer care team, or by helping the planet by using sustainably sourced flowers and reducing our environmental impact.

“Delivered to my mother for Mother's Day, on the day specified. My mother was very pleased that they were handed to her directly by a courteous delivery person. The flowers and jug were packaged well and my mother seems very happy with the quality”

“Flowers for Mother’s Day arrived on Wed.? Consisted of 4 roses and random flowers. When opened 1 rose was so wilted that it came off in my hand by Sat. I had no roses left. I have retained them should you wish to se or have me post them back to you. I had to grit my teeth and say they were beautiful when my daughter phoned. How disappointing, talk about a hard neck. Shame on you.”

“The recipient liked the flowers, saying that they were lovely. The issue I have is the delivery wording, which to me was deceptive. I ordered the flowers on the basis of advertised 'free next day delivery'. This turned out to be free after a date several weeks hence, not your typical description of 'next day' delivery. In fact I was so disappointed that the 'get well' flowers would not arrive in good time that I drove 100 miles (each way) to visit and take a plant. Hence the low star rating. I will not order from you again.”

“I made a complaint with regards to my sister flowers, wrong order, you sent me another for compensation, just spoke to my mother, sylvie Nunes, and she did not get the order I placed for her, one with blue flowers etc, she 90 yrs old, she received one with white and yellow flowers? I will send you the order reference number etc.”

“Having used Flying Flowers from its Jersey days I have always been very pleased with them. However, the two Christmases delivery to myself were more than disappointing to the extent that I never used the vouchers sent. With trepidation I ordered for a relative last week-and she is delighted with them and sent me the photos. So I am pleased that standards have returned. I might order myself a bouquet 💐”
