About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers arrived on the requested date. As these flowers were for a friend, I did not physically see them. I had chosen the fresias as shown in your offer; these were in various colours. My friend sent me a thank-you note for white and yellow blooms. I hope, she also received the chocolates; they were not mentioned in her note.

Hopeless.. Mainly because they use Yodel for deliveries... THE worst delivery company ever. When the flowers eventually arrived they were half dead and wreaking of tobacco smoke.. UPDATE - from 1 to 4 They have tried hard to sort things out. As and when they move away from Yodel then it will be a 5....

I have used Flowers by Post many times in the past and I have never been disappointed. This time I ordered two Christmas bouquets to be delivered to our holiday cottage on 21 December. The bouquets were lovely but they were delivered a day late which was a little disappointing, hence the four stars. This did not however dent our enjoyment.

As usual, the flowers were lovely and both parties were pleased with them. My problem was in trying to pay for them, a new security code was needed which was to be sent to a mobile phone. It took nearly an hour to get around this code as I do not use a mobile phone for banking. When I contacted my bank they said that this requirement was instituted by the seller. Usually, when a code is required by my bank you are given the option of receiving it by text or by phone.

System for ordering is straightforward. Not able to comment on the quality as delivered to a friend. Hopefully delivered personally to the person and not outside the door in frost.

Disappointed that Yodel delivered them, left them in a safe place NO ONE could see but did not leave a card to say where they were!! 3 days later when no thank you for flowers was received, a big search of the garden, was eventually found & they were still in excellent condition. Your flowers did not let you down.
