About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

My friend sent a picture of the flowers the day after delivery. Although pretty colours it looked a bit sparse and flowers already fully open. A bit disappointed but friend was happy. I am now sending comparison photos.

According to my aunt, the flowers were not packed as well as they have been previously, hence some carnations were drooping on delivery

I was pleased to hear the flowers had arrived and were lovely. When i ordered them although I was given a code of WI522 which entitled me to a discount I was charged UK DEIVERY AND A MESSAGE CARD. As I had ordered on saturday there was no way to query this at this time.

I have used your company, very successfully for many years. However the order I made for last week arrived two days late. Ordered for a poignant occasion for 18th and they arrived on the 20th in a poor state. I would have thought you would have dispatched them before the 17th knowing that there would be disruption owing to the rail strikes.

Flowers were good but attempting to deliver them at 21.05 on a Saturday night meant next day not achieved and they weren’t delivered until 5pm on the Monday

Sadly, Flowers by Post did not deliver as promised and certainly didn't live up to expectation. The flowers arrived 3 days late. There was a phone call from FBP to say the flowers would be 1 day late and that I would receive a refund for the postage. To date there has been no promised refund and no explanation or apology for the flowers being delivered 3 days late. The flowers were for a family who'd experienced a recent, very sudden bereavement so I sent the flowers expecting a delivery on the day I'd chosen. I probably won't purchase from FBP again due to very poor customer service. I did try phoning FBP but they didn't answer my call, so another poor customer service.

The flowers were as expected, unfortunately we were out when they arrived and the delivery driver left them on the step of a door which is not used, despite the door having a notice informing of the location of the correct door, they remained on the door step for a day before being noticed.

Flowers very droopy not upright as shown on website photo. Also not as abundant. Delivery was very late in the day, which was very disappointing as they were sent as a birthday present.

The flowers were for my sister and arrived rather late in the day but in good condition. I was shocked at the delivery charge, to be quite honest. I have used this service previously with no charge. I may look elsewhere in future!!

A bit disappointed compared with all our previous orders, lots of extra greenery. Gift card was just an A4 piece of paper. Flowers are good as usual and delivered very quickly. Need to send a gift card if paid for not a crappy bit of A4.

The flowers are very nice. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery. They were not delivered till nearly 6pm. If it had been Mothers Day I would have expected this but not really on an ordinary day for most people.
