About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers arrived without delay and my friends were delighted with them. The plant I sent to one friend apparently had no card with it though. I know I filled in a greeting on a plain card but this seems to have been forgotten when the order was sent. Not a big problem, but a slight disappointment.

Flowers arrived three days late and in a poor quality too. Reported this by email and another deliver of flowers was arranged ASAP at their expense.

I didn't see the ordered flowers as they were a gift but they arrived safely. I am not sure whether they arrived on the correct date because there was no notification of delivery.

I order flowers and plants regularly. A good selection to choose from. Two things would improve my experience....I would like to have a better choice of greeting cards so the person who receives the flowers every month doesn't get the same few. Also... The Christmas flowers are now available to order, but no Christmas themed cards. That's a bit odd.

These were a birthday present sent directly to the recipient so I did not see the flowers. However, I was told that they were fresh and lovely and well delivered i.e. not damaged. They were also delivered on time. I would use this company again

I live in Canada and flowers by post is a simple way to let my friends and family know I care for them. Unfortunately ordering, well paying for the order is now rather complicated. I understand the need for security but I was unable to pay on line. I phoned and a really helpful young lady processed my order. Despite this I will continue to use flowers by post.
