About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

My cousin said the flowers are beautiful. Unfortunately they arrived a day late on 15th and I had ordered them for her birthday on the 14th. However she is very pleased with them.

Some of the flowers were already open and several stems were broken. Due to damaged flowers they will not last long. The scent and colour of the freesias were beautiful.

stephanotis ordered, but (nice enough) peace lily received on date requested. no contact with me to say why change. I contacted F by P and was told my choice wasn't available - another plant sent instead. Helpful enough once I raised query with them - but why not just contact me? Balance between plants refunded at my request

Very good service but the size of the bouquet was a little on the small size, the photo on website is a little misleading !!

Somewhat disappointed, wasn't aware that the freesias I ordered would be bud form and they were rather dehydrated and drooping as well. Not what I expected my Mother would receive on her Birthday. Didn't look in the slightest like the photo. Hopefully they will recover and look better once they open but her Birthday will be over then.

The flowers arrived on time but when opened some of the flowers had gone over and the petals were falling off. For me, it was embarrassing as I had bought them for my sister's birthday.

Usually Flowers by Post gives very good service, however I was not very happy with this experience. I ended up having to call from Canada to make the payment as your3 system would not acceptwr^ my credit card. It seems you are changing systems. I will not be ordering any more until your new system works properly.

The flowers I ordered were very nice, according to the recipient. However, I ordered them for a particular date and they didn't arrive until 7pm. This despite giving a few days' notice. Fortunately, I'd built in some contingency.
