About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Flowers very good ,but delivery terrible as box was left behind bushes where they were not discovered until next afternoon, after we spoke to our friends on phone.We knew they would have thanked us when recieved,but instead we had to ask ,which defeated the object of supprise. THEY WERE IN AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

Flower heads were much smaller than expected so disappointed. I have previously ordered and been very pleased. They arrived on time though.

Poor service, delivered one day later than requested, pictures attached bare little resemblance to each other … A surprise for an elderly aunt returning home from a hospital stay, this was disappointing for the us both. Totally unacceptable, will never use this company again.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the freesia I received on Thursday, they were all fully opened and by the next day some were even ready to loose their flowers. They did arrive on the allotted day, but they were so sad that I left them off my celebration table. At £25 I was seriously disappointed, Over the years I have always been pleased with my flowers from Flowers by Post, but unfortunately I will have to think twice before I order again in case I am let down again.

Was very disappointed with my treatment of my order of freesias for my sister’s birthday. They were to be delivered on Saturday 9th April,but arrived on Tuesday 12th April,missing the birthday by 3days! I have not seen the flowers,but was told they were not very fresh!

Unfortunately, the flowers were 2 days late in arriving (not much use when they were ordered for a specific day - wedding anniversary). Quite a few of the fresias were already fully opened. All in all, I am really disappointed.

The flowers never really fully blossomed and looked nothing like as good as the photo on the website. Bought these for my mum for mothers day and she claimed to like them but I know she thinks they were a bit pony! I'm good enough at disappointing my poor old mum without having to spend £35 for the privilege thanks... I will graciously accept a refund if you were to be forthcoming with such a proposal. They did turn up on the stated delivery date so top marks for that. Blessed day.

Last year, the flowers I ordered my mother for Mother's Day arrived a day late which was a bit upsetting. I was told it was down to the royal mail. This year I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, and ordered flowers in plenty of time at the beginning of March. But yet again the flowers did not arrive in time for Mother's Day. They arrived a day late, but also, this year, some of the blooms were so wilted my mum had to throw two of them away. I am very disappointed and will not be using you next time.

The flowers were delivered when the recipients were out. They were only found when the recipients went to use the bin! NO information card was put through their letter box. The flowers were certainly not at their best when discovered. Very disappointed.
