About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Really disappointed with this delivery, as it gave me the option of next day and didn’t arrive until two days after that, hence the flowers were not very good. You were always my ‘go to’ for online flower ordering but probably not anymore.

The flowers were a gift for my 88 year old sister. The parcel arrived 2 days after promised date and the flowers and the little vase were smashed. I do understand that you used Yodel for delivery, so the blame is with them. My sister said that the packaging was excellent. The delivery definitely to blame. Mary Fielder

Dreadful. I didn't notice the very 'small' print and assumed the flowers would like similar to the picture shown. Look at the difference below. I hid the price to show the recipient what I thought I'd sent! I complained but instead of an apology, I was told the small print stated the picture was different than the display I'd purchased. Will not use this firm again.

Very,very dissatisfied. Flowers for a special occasion arrived 2 days late. Do not rely on this service unless delivery is unimportant to you.

As these flowers were sent as a birthday present to a blind lady it was imperative that they were scented, and I was assured by the assistant that this would be the case. The name of the bouquet ....heaven scent......seemed to bear this out. I have since spoken to the recipient who assures me that the flowers were NOT scented. Also, there was supposed to a card with birthday greetings attached.....there was NOT. All in all a total waste of money

The flowers I ordered were not what was delivered and the delivery was left at the bottom of the block stair rather than delivered to the recipient’s door. Very disappointed as was a special birthday treat. The order is being investigated by the team and hope for a good result.

Flowers still not delivered 4 days after they were ordered for next day delivery. Constant emails trying to resolve this. Eventually offered a refund. Won’t be using this company again.

I am unable to give a review as I have not heard from the recipient. I am elderly and find all electric communication difficult. I always find payment problematic, too, but that is because of my age, nothing more. Thanks Sue Brown

The flowers may have been beautiful but my aunt did not receive them. I gave my aunt's full name and address but unfortunately put the wrong post code. There are only 5 houses with the post code that I put and none of them received the flowers either. It would help if yodel got a signature or took a photo when they made a delivery so that they could be traced.

The flowers we ordered have still not arrived which was stated 10th Dec.We find this not acceptable and embarrassing as this was flowers for somebody who was ill .We will certainly not be using your company again

Don't rely on the delivery company to leave the flowers with a neighbour. Despite instructing them to do so they left the flowers on our front door step

Ordered for delivery 20th Sept, got phone call to say due to Queens funeral could I change date, which I fully understood, so asked for the Friday 16th, but YODEL had back logged of deliveries so couldn't deliver then, so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed as now havent a present for my 92 year old friend. Been using flowers by post for years, not their fault but YODELS.

Probably due to the heat, the flowers arrived clearly dying, almost dead, feeling like dried paper. Less than two days later they were completely dead. This was meant as a wedding anniversary gift. Waste of money, but worse it was a total embarrassment.

I've bought flowers from you several times in the past and they are usually very good, but the recent order for my wife's birthday was very disappointing. Only one blue stem, two yellow and the rest all white. We received them last Friday. 4 stems haven't opened and don't look like opening. Others are already going over. No comparison with the photo on your website. Certainly not worth £23.99!

I am very sorry to say the flowers I ordered arrived at my Sisters dead. I reported this straight away and I am very pleased to say I received a full refund thank you. To be fair the weather was very hot so I do appreciate the problems that may have arisen.
