“I placed a same day delivery order via Direct2florist. I chose my mom’s work address for the flowers to be delivered not realising she has decided to close the shop as it is her birthday. Flowers by Nattrass contacted me promptly and advised the shop was closed and they offered to deliver it to an alternative address with no extra charge. The lady I spoke was so helpful and lovely and they made the delivery to my mom’s home address. Not once she made me feel uncomfortable about the whole scenario. So anyone wants a florist around Darlington all your flower needs I highly recommended Flowers by Nattrass. Thanks you Flowers by Nattrass”
