NOthing like the photos on their website - only 1 orchid in the mix when it shows several in the photo. Dreadful value for money. This is what £30 worth of flowers looks like

A friends birthday card was sent out a month before it should of been . Also i had to cancel an order which i paid for to be sent in dec 23 i did this in august its now the end of sept and still no refund . I have used this company many times before ,not had a problem . I will not be using them again .

Wrong choice sent and the flowers were very dry and beginning to fade.Not happy.

I have ordered several flower cards and have always been happy with them. I recently commented on a flower card I sent a friend about the flowers not lasting as long and my friend received a new flower card Free of charge and I received a discount on a future order.

Would not recommend. Flowers were tiny and certainly not like the pictures shown on their website. Picture shows a bloom of beautiful flowers, we were lucky we got 5 full alive flowers in our box. The gift was for my mums birthday and even she was disappointed. And for the cost you pay, it certainly is not worth it at all. Customer service was brilliant when I emailed them and offered to send another one but I genuinely didn’t see the point when my mums birthday had been and gone. Waste of products and peoples time. First impressions is everything and we were definitely disappointed.

On arrival, greenery leaves had been snapped, some flowers were already very dried. No amount of water would revive. Within a day most of the flowers were wilted. Such a waste of money, especially when someone has put their faith in a company to deliver a gift. Don’t waste your money!

My daughter received her flower card earlier than requested. I thought would be a nice gesture for Xmas. She opened it all the green leaves had fallen off into box and poor quality cple flowers were drooping how could they send out something like that. The short stems were not holding flowers in . I have sent photos in. And rung them. I spoke to a lovely lady in customer service. ButI will not be using them again .

I sent my Mum some flowers through you for Mothers day. I saw her yesterday for the first time as she was shielding, I asked her if she liked her flowers, she said they were OK. Only lasted a week. Very disappointed, especially as with delivery the price was £46. She said there was no pippet to water them with either. Unfortunately, I will have to consider very carefully if I'd recommend or use you again.

I placed on order for mother's day but this was not fulfilled even though I had chosen the guaranteed delivery. I should have been notified it was not going to be fulfilled as I could have made alternative arrangements.

Extremely disappointed with the teacup flowers we ordered for our daughter. Didn't look anything like the pictures on the website and for the price you pay £28 plus £6 for delivery you would expect the exact same. What arrived was worth about £5. So sadly this is where I say I will never buy from Flowercard again and would not recommend at all.

Nothing like what I ordered missing foliage big spaces everywhere definitely won't be recommending your company to anyone how this passed quality control it's beyond me

Avoid at all costs. 5 days later and the next day delivery flowers still haven't arrived. Phoned twice now, been told "we only charged you £6 instead of £9 in case it was delayed" "it is the week before Christmas so they're busy", disgusting. I'd rather £30 flowers didn't arrive now rather than my mum receiving £30 dead flowers in a card

We have received a Christmas flower card as a gift and can only say that it looks like a seven year old brought it home from school. I cannot believe What has arrived for the £37 Paid. A total waste and with a longevity of around 5 days it works out at £7 per day. I’ve had Aldi bouquets last four times as long and for a fraction of the price. As a gift I can only feel sorry for the person who bought it expecting a lovely surprise to arrive. Also why does the official website only show only a handful of excellent reviews from two years ago. Is this not deceit?

I had trouble using the website as it wasn't working properly. That should have been a warning. Another warning is that although my bank statement shows that they took my money after paying online, I received no confirmation of the order or delivery or any other paperwork throughout the whole process. The flowers have not been delivered, they are not answering calls, their chat line is closed. The flowers were for a friend who has been recently bereaved. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!! I wish I'd read the other reviews. I'm going to report them to Trading Standards. Suggest others do the same, because apparently they only act if they get multiple complaints.
