Very nice service from Floom. First time using and the range of flower arrangement is really wonderful. Great that a vase can be part of the arrangement as makes it so much easier for the recipient and immediate enjoyment of the flowers without doing the work of finding a vase and cutting down and arranging ( although some people I’m sure like to do this) I made a mistake of ordering a separate vase and Lotie called and then emailed me about this. Great customer communication! Thanks

It was awesome! I ordered from the states to my grandaughter in London. I needed that day, which was around 2pm london time. The flowers not olny got delivered but were stunning!! THANK YOU!

I ordered an $180 bouquet and it looked nothing like the photo. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent on the flowers. They were also delivered a day early but said they were delivered on the correct day.

Ordered flowers for last Saturday delivery but didn't arrive till two days later, monday, which is today. It needed to arrive for her 100th birthday, but arrived after the birthday celebration with the family and friends. This is not acceptable and am very disappointed.

The delivery was attempted for you but unfortunately, the address provided was a business address and upon delivery, we found that no one was in the office and the office was empty and shut. There was no name for the recipient, we tried to call the number provided but there was no answer. Could not access office to leave at reception.
