Flowers arrived at the very end of the day at 6:17pm… 17 minutes after the delivery window of 10am to 6pm… Since this was a delivery to a nonprofit, no one was available to receive the flowers and stayed outside overnight on the street until someone came in to work in the morning.

Delivery was a day late. Arrangement was small. I paid 115 and don’t feel I got a good value for not money.

I specifically ordered roses for delivery on the Friday, asking that if the person failed to open, that it be delivered to the next door neighbor since my friend has a small baby and has a sign on her door saying don't knock. Instead what she got was the flowers delivered to the post office. And my friend was only able to collect the flowers on the Monday. By that time the petals had started to go brown. This was despite the email i received saying it had been delivered to her. Not the surprise I envisaged for her.

Some of the flowers were dead on arrival. Would expect them all to be ok as double the cost compared to highstreet shop/florist.

The flowers were delivered the day after they were supposed to, even if mentioned on the note to leave it by the front door if there was no one at home. So the timing was completely wrong and I can’t explain the person is receiving about that, they won’t believe you.

Flowers were lovely, but delivered at 7:50 pm. I put the order in early the day before for a birthday. Kind of useless to arrive at 7:50 pm.

I ordered flowers for my daughter who is ill for same-day delivery. They did not arrive. I spent time trying to call and then emailed. Floom I did hear back from customer service and they looked into it, but it was a lot of back and forth and I was disappointed she did not receive them on the day I had ordered them. I went with Floom because it said "same Day delivery" for October 1st. They arrived the next day but not until late in the day (5 ish). It proved to be a bit stressful for me. It did not give me confidence in Floom.

I paid extra for same-day delivery, but the flowers were not delivered until the following evening. I got zero confirmation from your team that the flowers were delivered. I rang customer service to inquire about the update of the delivery, I was told I would get a callback and that never happened.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife for our wedding anniversary. It turned up, let at the front door with no knock from DPD. The box was severely ripped and upon my wife opening the box two rose heads had been severed. Very unhappy.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day for a 95th birthday as a surprise, but alas they didn't arrive. I contacted Floom and they offered their apologise and a no quibble refund but I must admit to being very disappointed.

I paid £70 plus £6 for delivery for a hat box bouquet which I think was over priced for the actual arrangement. It was very minimal and such a small arrangement which I do not think was value for money. It also should have been free delivery, considering I paid £70 already. I only ordered here as it was a last minute purchase and no one else has slots, but I do not think I will be reordering again.
