“I called Flip out Sandwell to get a refund for a visit where my daughter was assaulted by another child and I was threatened by a parent of the child while the staff just watched and we left early as there was no help at the venue, piu 4 requests through their customer service and no reply from them in 2 weeks.
tried the online chat which say’s "we are available to chat."
then when you enter your details, it says there is no one to chat.

called the Oldbury branch where the incident happened and the person said call the police if your child was assaulted, they said nothing 2 weeks ago when it happened.
I asked for his name he said MR Flip out.
I said AND YOUR REAL NAME, he said Mr Flipout
first name I said, he said Dave.
So, Dave Flipout apparently runs Oldbury Flipout and is ignorant and wants to destroy your business through poor customer service which let’s face it appears to be normal for your business at this point.
broken mirrors and toilets in the bathrooms, grubby dirty equipment and no contact for complaints that anyone cares about.

never enough staff serving food.
staff prefer to talk to each other than deal with the people in the building.
I could go on but that will do for now.

Terrible service, don't waste your money booking a birthday party for your kids at this place, my daughter was left in tears!!!
It's poorly managed by children who have no management experience and poorly trained staff members who are very rude and abusive towards customers (they also need training on Unconscious bias). My daughter was attacked by an adult at this place during her birthday party and the management didn't do anything to resolve the situation.
It's not a safe place for your kids to run around and enjoy themselves either. My friend's daughter was injured on the slide due to a sharp damaged part of the slide and they didn't even ask us to complete an incident form.
They are unable to resolve any issues and protect paying customers from others who will abuse or attack your kids.
They also promised to refund me for my booking (13 kids) and then sent me an email the next day stating they will not be refunding me.”
“Had such a horrible time at flip out , my daughter that is 1.22m was refused go on bumpy cars that she has been on so many times on before. The manager of Hounslow place with such a bad attitude took my daughter of the bumpy cars just because she is 5 made her cry…the Website clearly say children under 1.1M need an adult with them my daughter much taller that… the child was in such a distress after it and unhappy as she been always using bumpy cars and this time she been told to leave! I have paid full price as for child that is taller just to be told she can’t use stuff she wants and was using before I will add pictures if you guys don’t believe it… rudeness of the staff was also unacceptable child should come and enjoy not being made cry in there.”

“We Traveled from Hereford to Hounslow flip for my nephews 4th birthday , my sister in-law paid for flip out experience along with party food and a party host, ( which was non existent through out ) .
On arrival the check in area was extremely congested and chaotic with no one seemingly knowing what to do , the group consisted of mainly children aged 4 and under which she informed all accompanying adults would have to pay . The room wasn’t ready so the so called part host said she would take all gifts in to staff room and would be taken to room in time for food . Drinks would be brought to them through out , these took considerable time to arrive . Adults of the group were not informed that they could purchase food and drink with a discount this was discovered at the end of the so called party experience . The laser tag was not suitable for them and they were all disappointed investment into the gun only laser tag would make this accessible to all rather than large heavy body type . The room was not prepared just all piled on table to be sorted. The food was disgusting pizza and hotdogs, the hot dogs which I tasted were cold and tough and a texture like rubber all got wasted ..
The host had lost one of the gifts had a half heart look for it and. The possibility of it being in the next room was high but we were not allowed to look ,and non of staff were bothered in following up even though they said they were looking my wife and sister in-law returned upstairs to find the staff who were supposedly looking. For the lost gift sat around talking ,and with disgusting attitude and no customer service or care apparent.
GIVEN THE INITIAL HIGH COST THEN THE EXTRA CHARGE (4 s and under must be accompanied) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY .”
“Hi had my daughters 6th birthday party at Flip Out Hounslow. It was the worse experience ever. Doors opened 15 min past 10am, my party host didn’t have the paperwork sorted which meant that all the children invited started 50 min later than agreed. My party host was incredibly rude, and at some point walked off shouting and using the F word in front of all the children. Our food arrived late and 6 children did not receive their food. There was no juice (which I paid for), no knife to cut the cake (which was promised). Overall I paid for 2 hours experience and the children only managed to play just over an hour. I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff is very young, not educated on customer experience, not helpful at all and incredibly rude! I wrote a complaint email with no response whatsoever. A total waste of money and a very sad experience to remember back”

There is no mention of paying an extra £2 per person using the facilities.
Socks should not cost £2.

Asked for a manager and another member of staff came to show what was supposedly on the website as i fo for paying extra for socks.
Manager insisted they must be flipout sock. If you dont buy from flipout you cannot jump!”
