I ordered through them they took payments out of my account for 6 weeks and then told me the item was out of stock and that I could pick another item told them I didn't want another item and that I wanted a refund, eventually after 14 days I got my refund went onto the Curry's website that they use to send the item and it was in stock so ordered from there instead

We spoke to John pickersgill at flava Misson mill cash and carry a few months ago and he said he would sort out my refund but he never did! The set-up seems very dodgy

This is a scam site I did not join up or have any agreement with them and they tried to take £29.99 out my account this morning I do not recommend this site scammers !

I felt like screaming when I realised…flava scam company I felt like screaming when I realised that this company took £29.99 out of my account on Friday leaving me with nothing to live on. They would not answer the phone at the complaints department or even acknowledge that i emailed them I'm at my wit's end now. They have taken money so now they don't give a monkeys and would probably only wind me up over the phone as these companies are very brave with hundreds of miles separating us over the phone. They are scamming scumbags.

They sneakily took 29.99 out of bank without me signing up to any credit agreement. Its a clever scam, the statements say flavva ltd but the site is flava, apparently its an unregulated agreement that is not agreed by yourself, they have it somewhere on their site that you have to scroll thru loads of items right to the bottom and in some help section they mention about a kind of subscription they don't tell you about. They don't even email you of an apparent subscription, so as you do not cancel straight away. They take the money after approx 2 months, silently without any notifications or anything! Complete scam and not a proper company. HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT OUT!

They took money out off my bank with out letting me know and said I won’t have it back for 31 days that was the last off my money ti fees my kids they are not nice people they said they emailed me yet I have no email off them they are not nice people

Absolutely shocking. I ordered 2 items. Fir 7 weeks now they have took payments and now tell me they don't have the items so I picked another. They took another payment then told me not in stock. What a joke. Iv told them refund my money. Don't bother buying from them. They are selling a watch for £69 which you can buy on timu for £15. What a con. Not worth the 1 star review

they've taken £34.99, I didn't even verify it with my bank and they've still managed to take money, nothing has been said about delivering my order, every time I try and talk to customer service it just tells me its out of hours and someone will get back to me but yet no one has. I WISH I'D OF READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. DON'T USE!!!

I was initially very disappointed with the personalised 'friends' cushion. It arrived in a small tight package which did not look very impressive although the cushion itself was as described. However, I have expressed to the company my surprise that the stuffing insert was not included as I got the impression from the website advertisement that it would be. I would not have paid £16.99 if I had known it was a cushion cover only. I think the wording needs changing to "Cushion cover only" as I think the way it is advertised at the moment is misleading. It would also have been very expensive to purchase the stuffing separately from the company as I found out later so I bought one from Dunelm for £3. Delivery was quite good.

Really good quality goods delivered on a DHL next day slot. Yes you can sign up for a subscription, but it's not mandatory. Ordered again now and the boxes have arrived. The kids love the toys, even the dog got a new collar. Look out for Special Offers in your email. There are hampers on offer for free sometimes. A good service.

They don't deserve a star but need one to review this awful set up. Flava is a PARASITIC COMPANY It has benefited off the needy and vulnerable by its misleading offers by offering food with Credit which is the carrot on the string and then steals money from.your bank account with different debit amounts on the same day to the nearest pound. When signed up and gave my debit card details so they could verify me i was totally unaware of this account until 3 different debits was taken from my bank.account on the same day. I never confirmed an order or authorised it. I have had no emails notifying me of any account details, orders or billing just emails offering more credit but nothing on the "account" I Today when to get cash out of my bank. I had two debits of 19.99 and another for 29.99 for another company that did the same tactic of signing up and taking debit card details when unaware of what was really happening. I now don't have money to live on because this flava company has took what it can. No more than a financial rapist. I will.be disputing the transactions and be persistent until I am.fully refunded.

I set up an account as it was the only way I could view the items, I decided not to order, yet you just took 29.99 out of my account????? For what exactly??? I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER

When you created your account you have 2 options, a basic free account and a 7 day free trial to flava benefits. If you chose the free trial option. As with all free trials, if this is not cancelled this will automatically enter you into the subscription service. Time this company FLAVA.CO.UK MISSON MILL was reported to trading standards, they don't like adverse publicity so I don't expect my review to last long (there's ways round this on other sites :) They don't hold a Consumer Credit Licence (dodgy in the first place.) Basically they buy bulk stock either a) out of code or b) just nearing shelf life expiry and sell it on for near full price or more. Unscrupulously preying on the vulnerable and poor with their craftily hidden subscription model, saying you have 7 days to cancel. Wow , just wow. This company 500 years ago would have been pirates of the high seas. Today they plunder people's bank accounts and through careful working circumvent consumer protections, not for much longer I assure you. Don't worry Flava - i've copied this so if it's taken down, within the HOUR it'll be back up. If you've been scammed by this company report to trading standards via website which you can google. or your local council to report them. Their business postal address is under Nottinghamshire Bassetlaw Council.

Do NOT use took £105 out of my account at 3amc(benefits), left my family in complete hardship, without food or heating and they don't even care. AVOID
