Not happy at all ordered on the 24th may it states delivery 3-5 days and will receive text from dpd on day of delivery so Monday 31 may got I touch to ask where it was tried to tell me company tried to deliver so re delivery for today 4th June still no delivery check tracking all that tells you is they haven’t received it yet so nearly two weeks later they haven’t received it something fishy going on . But flava have taken two payments one of £14 one at £10 still waiting for reply from company if my money isn’t paid back by Monday I will instruct bank to cancel any more payments. This is a rubbish service will not use again quickly take payments for goods that don’t get delivered

You are boasting about charging no fees no late charges. I quote absolutely nothing. But I've just nearly joined and see after the initial first month it's 29.99 per month on top of what my bills would be? Very sly I'd say. Read everything is my advice!!!

Items arrived damaged and missing refund given money taken with no explanation complained money refunded 5 days later will not be using again can buy better from all supermarkets.

have been billed 14.99 even though I didn't place an order nor did I sign up to any subscription, literally taking food out of my kids mouths. I'm absolutely noutraged DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! DONT EVEN REGISTER otherwise you'll be charged for nothing as well

I cannot access the site. It will not recognise my password. It will not recognise the new password customer service gave me. Everything custoner services has told me to do to remedy it hasn't worked. Now they cannot be even bothered to my messages saying I still cannot login. All this started to happen after I submitted my card details for trial?

Food is very expensive and I closed my account in January and they are still taking £4.99 from my credit Card which means £12 over limit fee

I opened an account 3 weeks ago,filled up my basket but didn't checkout.After 2 weeks Flava started taking £4.99 payments from my bank account for a monthly subscription account that I didn't open,the account had a free 30 day trial anyway so no payments were due anyway! I contacted CS who agreed to refund but they haven't.The payment was processed leaving me overdrawn

Didn't even order anything after signing up. I signed up 2 days ago just to look and they have sold my number. In 2 days I have had a total of 43 spam messages trying to get me to click links. I can't block any of them as they don't have a number attached. I have had my number about 10 years and can count on one hand how many spam messages I had gotten before this.

Flava took £29.99 from my account and again £7.99 last month without ordered anything . Today 31 December 2021 you have taken £7.99 from my account again why? I don't understand . Can you please explain ?
