“Free hamper??? What a joke, I cancelled my order before it went through thankfully. They seem to carrot dangle the hamper and interest free payments. I soon worked them out!! Look on their website they work from a council house as the Mission Mill is a cash and carry!!! Guys you should have researched it first. I did. Hope you all cancel your orders and existing balances. It’s a scam.”

“Didn't even order anything after signing up. I signed up 2 days ago just to look and they have sold my number. In 2 days I have had a total of 43 spam messages trying to get me to click links. I can't block any of them as they don't have a number attached. I have had my number about 10 years and can count on one hand how many spam messages I had gotten before this.”

“Time this company FLAVA.CO.UK MISSON MILL was reported to trading standards, they don't like adverse publicity so I don't expect my review to last long (there's ways round this on other sites :) They don't hold a Consumer Credit Licence (dodgy in the first place.) Basically they buy bulk stock either a) out of code or b) just nearing shelf life expiry and sell it on for near full price or more. Unscrupulously preying on the vulnerable and poor with their craftily hidden subscription model, saying you have 7 days to cancel. Wow , just wow. This company 500 years ago would have been pirates of the high seas. Today they plunder people's bank accounts and through careful working circumvent consumer protections, not for much longer I assure you. Don't worry Flava - i've copied this so if it's taken down, within the HOUR it'll be back up. If you've been scammed by this company report to trading standards via website which you can google. or your local council to report them. Their business postal address is under Nottinghamshire Bassetlaw Council.”

“Mis-sold. Over priced. Rubbish products even worse customer service. Paid in advance in full still attempting to take money. After I paid in full in advance I asked a manager to email ad confirm everything STILL TRYING TO TAKE MONEY and then asking me to prove it Avoid they're scammers Andy parry and Stuart Pearson.”

“Absolute fraud don't get sucked into it. I was told pay your first month's payment and we ship your good, then when you pay it they say you have to pay first 6 months before they ship it, absolutely bonkers. Just stealing peoples money”

“Customer service experience is terrible ask for something simple like a receipt and it's like your asking for blood. Rude managers, terrible company. Shame as items and cost is great but when jts so hard to get through to someone and you don't have emails replied to makes it very hard to deal with. Won't be using the company again”

“Company claims I agreed to pay £29.99 for my first month and £7 for subsequent months subscription. I DID NOT! I didn't place a single order as everything on their website is over priced except their 1p items which you cannot order alone as the minimum spend is £50. My credit card company cancelled my card and while the fraud team were investigating I was bombarded with emails. The second time they tried to take £29 I called them to cancel my account, customer service had an attitude like they get stress all day from unhappy customers and was on the defensive befor I even explained my problem. My account was cancelled on my request and I had my name removed from their marketing list. I manage 5 email addresses and within the week flava had harassed me with more messages about their crappy offers than all 5 accounts (3 being business) had received collectively. Avoid this company! The subscription fee is daylight robbery, you will struggle to fill you basket to a total of £50 with anything worth its price.”
